My salary has gone in. Paid into my £365 in 365 days account and set up all my payments, including paying off my Barclaycard, which was my Jan target :j
This is the card I use for my fuel, so I really need to resist the urge to spend on it again!
Next Account is my new target - would love to clear this by end of Feb!Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Just done the Davina weights workout - tough but one session crossed off for this week

Done some washing and tidying up, and have found a notebook to use as a spending diary. I have never done this seriously before but want to give it a go in Feb - really need to find out why my budget works on paper but never quite seems to in reality! I suspect it's unnecessay 'frittered' spends
Going to do a facepack and deep condition my hair, then going out for a family meal (which I hope is being paid for

I've lost 3lbs but as I put on 5 over a Christmas
No need to be so hard on yourself, you are aware that you put on a bit of weight over Christmas and now only a month later you've lost more than half of it again, definitely on the right track:jMy salary has gone in. Ah well done on paying off Barclaycard and Mags is right about you being on the right track.
Hon I did a spending diary all last year and I wrote EVERY THING in it most of the year. It was fab to add it up and see where it went and you're right it's never 'Whoops I've missed a bill', we're all past that now but more 'Did I really buy so many coffee's/work lunches'. (Not me mind, I'm far too tight for that!) It will really help so keep ALL your receipts and use it religiously and it's a great tool XXX'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
Good luck for the week ahead and roll on February! :jI've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

Seems to me that you're definitely making progress.
I keep a spending diary in my Big Pink Book - which also charts my debt repayments. I've now progressed to using a spreadsheet as I want to see a total of all my spends for the entire year ... just need to work out how to get it to all add up
:rotfl:
No workouts here I'm ashamed to admit, but I have made tomorrow's meal so wont have to worry about that when I get in - cant quite believe it but that's what happens when Souk is about
Hope your monday goes well - I vow to do a workout
