Can conveyancers ask for cash 6 months after completion

Hi there and merry christmas,
I have just had a rather surprising email from my conveyancers. I completed my house move a little over 6 months ago, using a company i vowed never to have any dealings with ever again - they were shocking, slow and asking me to make payments for things I didnt need to pay on.
Anyhow this email said that I owed them £64. Apparently I owed them £30 which was needed prior to completion which was never paid AND they didnt take into account an increase in the sellers conveyancers charges.
Firstly they were both acting on my behalf and the sellers behalf, so they didnt know that they had increased their own charges - smart. Secondly I have just looked at the invoice they sent me to complete and I have doubled checked the amount I paid to them is spot on. I even have an email from them thanking me for the payment of the completion money.
Quite frankly Im thinking of ignoring the email and claiming I never received it, and waiting until they send me a proper letter. And then when they do Im going to tell them to sod off saying that they asked for x amount in the final invoice and I paid it. However I want to ensure that legally they cant bully me into paying this cash. Does anyone have any advice they can give me.

Seems fair. Either ignore or just send them back the email they sent you thanking you for paymnt.
note: same conveyancer for seller and buyer is never a good idea.0
