sky dish fallen off wall

Hi there, a bit of a rambling story sorry,
I've only been with sky for 3 years after 13 months sky dish stopped recieving signal-£65 to fix, after another 11 months same again, same story went again on Saturday night, but this time having found this site i said i wanted to cancel subscription and lo and behold i'm getting it fixed free of charge. Well tonight the blooming dish fell off the wall, after my initial shock at the fact my kids could have been killed if they had been playing there, i'm now worried that they either wont fix it or charge me saying it was wear and tear or something like that. I don't know what to do any advice?
They are coming tomorrow to fix it.

If it has fell off the wall only after 3 years, it was not fitted properly! In my experience sky fitters are crap and want to get home as quickly as possible. Have a moan to sky and get a freebie.

tell them you will get cable that way it cant fall off the wall

Thanks guys, well they've phoned to tell me what time they'll be here and i told him i think i knew what the problem was, he had a laugh so that helps, it's good to get a non snarly workman coming out. I'll wait and see how we get on.
