    my festive hamper arrived on Christmas Eve.Opened it Christmas day only to find half of it was missing and the Father christmas was loose in the box. Not a happy bunny will be phoning tomorrow so thorntons beware !!!!!.

    Mine never arrived at all - was ordered for express delivery on 22nd - several emails and phone calls later Thorntons promised to refund my paypal payment that day (23rd) but no refund - I have opened a paypal dispute - really disappointed with their attitude and service !
    I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes ;)

    Just arrived back after a browse round the sales in town...couldn't resist nipping into Thorntons (can never say no to chocolate!)!!

    Instore they have got all the '5 for £3' items they had before Christmas for '5 for £1' - snowman/reindeer/santa large choc lollies, bags of wrapped snowballs and penguins (about 12 chocs in each netted bag), pudding truffles, large champagne wrapped truffles and other wrapped truffles too! Definitely a bargain!!!!
