    Maybe the poster is Hindi, in which case it's part of the rite of passage into childhood*


    *When we were in India we saw locals giving very young children the milk, urine and faeces of a cow as a ritual.


    I also don't believe thorntons to be a patch on what they used to be, exept the Viennese truffles, the rest of it tastes like cack ;)

    Their 'Old fashioned' sweets in silly celophane bags are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overpriced per 100g as are BHS's in the sale too
    Its laughable watching people 'thinking' they have got a bargin

    However, there is no denying that they make the best chocolate ever, so unfortunately probably won't be avoiding!

  • I got my £30 winterwonderland hamper,so have enough chocolate to last a long time,i was also lucky and got the next day delivery for £2...ive personaly(i know this isnt everyones experience)have had great service from Thorntons,and definately got very good value for money with my £30 hamper....would probably have ordered some sale stuff if i didnt have all this..
    Slimming World..Wk1,..STS,..Wk2,..-2LB,..Wk3,..-3.5lb,..Wk4,..-2.5,..Wk5,..-1/2lb,Wk6,..STS,..Wk7,..-1lb.
    Week 10,total weightloss is now 13.5lbs Week 11 STSweek 14(I think)..-2, total loss now 1 stone exactly
    GOT TO TARGET..1/2lb under now weigh 10st 6.5(lost 1st 3.5lbs)

    Lol at your post Claire, I love the way u put about everyone flaming u down, these threads do seem to get a bit bi*chy over Christmas for some reason so I thank you for still posting even if u do get the trolls that want to moan about everything&pick holes.
