I'm assuming the 5 years warranty is a Sony one? How do you know it's included?
PS Don't forget 2% cashback TCB/Quidco.0 -
my wife just went into the local Sainsbury's and got them to check about the guarantee0

I did go into Curry's and got them to run the same movie through this set and the comparative Samsung, LG and Sharp sets at the same time and this was still the best!0

I know M&S and John Lewis extend TV guarantees to 5 years but am surprised Sainsbury's do.
Just bought a Sony from M&S and paid a bit extra than I could have paid elsewhere so I would get 5 years cover.0 -
I think it will be a Sony guarantee but will post up when I collect it0

The thread was started 9 months ago. This TV gets excellent reviews.
It uses the Bravia engine 3 not the 2.
It is a steal at this price minus the cash back = £280.
I have purchased one, tracked through Quidco.
DanWe used to to shop at Tesco. But then we saw the light.0 -

Yes, that would be my worry. If it DOES include the 5 year warranty it's an absolute steal and even if it doesn't it's still a very good price (£445 with 5 yr warranty at John Lewis).0
