Can I connect this monitor to a xbox 360 ?

Hope you can advise me. I have a dell e153fp brand new monitor and was wondering if I could use it for playing my xbox 360.
The connector type is 15-pin D-subminiature, blue connector and It says if computer has optional vido card you can connect with the white DVI adaptor. And here is all the specifications of the monitor.
I think the connections probably wrong but maybe you could advise if it would be possable by whatever means to connect it.
It has been sitting unused for ages and I dont want to open it to test anything as if its no use Im better just selling the monitor on, as I got it free.
