Getting a gas meter installed

Can someone please help me? I don't even know where to start. Basically, we have no central heating. I'm looking to apply for a Warm Front scheme grant, but will have to wait until April 2011 to apply as the government budget for them has run out for the year :( So it seems most people run their central heating off gas.…

Ah yes,the halcyon days of a nationalised Gas industry run for the greater good of the population..all nicely joined up and much of it free.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
