Help! Where's my Google toolbar gone?!

Hi, just opened up IE (6) and my Google toolbar has mysteriously disappeared!! (Maybe something to do with Halloween?!)
Normally if i go to 'View'-'Toolbars' it's there as an option to show it or not, but it's not there now?? It is still in my Program Files
This happened about 2 weeks go and i uninstalled / reinstalled it and it has been fine since then

I think it might have to do with a spyware program you have, or something of the like that removes it thinking it is malware. You will have to reinstall unfortunately...0

How do i prevent it? I use Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spywareblaster.0
