I didn't have a vip slot but still have been able to order all the items we wanted.

In regards to items missing from deliveries, good luck in getting a refund for the missing items! I have been trying to get a refund for two three peice sets that were clearly shown on the delivery note but not included. They told the delivery driver he must have taken it which left me in an embarrassing situation having to explain Next have gotten it wrong again.

I am still awaiting items from when they did a big update and when I asked them they said I was on a waiting list for these items, not much hope for them then.

Hope others have had better experiences.

Yes, I am still awaiting items I ordered on Christmas Eve. They were all in stock when I ordered them as well.

I gave up and cancelled three orders I was still waiting for last Saturday. If they don't have the stuff they shouldn't advertise it. Very disappointing.

I had an email to say one of my orders was on it's way.
I sent back 2 items last week as well which i had ordered on a vip slot, so 'stock' is still coming in...

I have had 'experiances' with next in this sale that i never have had before. Firstly i ordered 2 x 3pce girls clothing sets (i.e t-shirt, over top & leggings) one set was delieved fine but the other came sealed in a bag with just a white t-shirt!
I have twins so obviously order 2 of most things, the next parcel to come contained 2 x floral smock tops. One was correct but again the other 'sealed' bag contained an extremely old, badly worn and stinking floral top! The tag to the right top had been weaved through one of the loopholes. When i called CS i described the top to her and offered her the item number from the inside wash care tag, only to be told that top was 5 seasons old. Clearly one cheeky buyer had been recycling her old clothes for brand new ones a la Next! I have to point out that the top was that bad i wouldn't even sell it on ebay, so god only knows how it got through the returns to be re-sealed and sold on.

I'm still awaiting several items from the VIP order. One item was on a delivery note but not in parcel. Next CS immediately offered me a credit for the item. Also ordered two shoes, one had both left feet and the other had two incorrect sizes. Returned them to the store who refunded my delivery charge as an apology.

I had a dispatch email today for a diary, as it is already nearly a month into 2011 I had given up on getting it and went and bought one.
