Take care when ordering. If you don't log in through your account first you will be charged FULL price. Having said that I did log in correctly yet my confirmation email showed full price. Spoke to customer services and have to ring them when goods arrive and they have a note, hopefully, to honour the sale prices. But she did say they are not honouring them if people don't log in to their account correctly.

People were doing it yesterday on here via the electricals link, thought they'd pipped everyone else by ordering early..........then got charged full price :rotfl:0

On my confirmation it doesn't actually state the price of the items individually but has 'Price : ?.00. written next to them. I know I've been charged the sale prices though as it all tallies up with my final price. I've worked out the I have nearly £450 worth of stuff for £220! Get in!! It was my first invite so was dead chuffed.0 -
Anyone who does this should be shot anyway.

you have to log into your account when your slot opens... If you login and wait for it to open, I think that's when it charges full price..0

I had problems last night, i logged in when my slot started and attempted to use 'quick shop', half of my items came up as full price, i had to sign in again 3 times before items started going through as half price, so i ended up missing out on most the items i wanted :mad:, i gave up with 'quick shop' in the end and just went through the sales pages ticking what i wanted. I still managed to get a few things i wanted:D0

Anyone else still waiting for items from their VIP orders? I had a delivery on Saturday evening, (the 6th or 7th delivery so far) and am still waiting for 2 items. So far, I have had one item on a delivery note which was not included, another item on a delivery note which was a duplicate item and am waiting for one item to be refunded which seems to have been forgotten about.
BTW, I think this thread needs to be moved to Gone, but not forgotten.0 -
I am also waiting for about 20 items! I had a poor courier turn up on saturday with a very ting bag contain 2 pairs of baby socks!
I move home a week on weds so not sure what will happen to my items still to be dispatched.0 -
I'm still waiting. I also have a lost parcel which they charged me for despite it being sent out on the 22nd of December and never received by Hermes. They promised they wouldn't put a service charge on my account as I paid the minimum because I refused to pay for things I didn't have but that's as much of an apology I've had. Not impressed with them at the moment billing me £400 for things that will never arrive.0
