I'd like to know this as well please. I've got an MBNA with £7k available credit and want to transfer it into my account
Thanks0 -
Phoenix79 you can transfer most of the available credit limit to your own account but there will be a 2.5% fee. If you have a positive balance you can phone them and ask them to transfer it to your current account without a fee but to be on the safe side it might be wise to phone (0800062062)them and ask.

Thanks for that sicker
I'll give them a bell in the morning when i'm at work.0 -
Any funds in credit are yours naturally, and every penny can be sent via BACS to your current account at no charge. Any money you "borrow" from the bank would obviously have a BT fee charged. Hope that helps.0

Should mention also that the fee isn't set in concrete, it could be anywhere between 2% and 3%, and there also limits set from £30 to £300 for the max fee chargeable.0

Cheers......i'll see what i can squueze out of them. They seem desperate to keep customers so i will see what they can offer me.0
