Hardly fair to judge someone you don't know and have never even met, based solely on his ex's description.

:cry:I lived as a single parent ~ i was never married or lived with my ex partner, he was not on the birth certificatesby his choice and never went for parental responsiblitly ~ until after my son was injured in a car accident where i was driving ~ my son has tragically been left quadriplegic and ventilator dependant through whiplash injury.
My eldest child with him is 14, but she left last xmas after he undermined my because i was the one who made the rules ~ he said i was dominating and a control freak.
My 12 yr old wants to stay with me as does my son who is 6yrs, but they were not properly represented by the cafcass officer. We lived in Wales before the accident but have not been allowed to return since the accident as my ex lives in Essex. My son was so distraught when the courts descision was that he go Essex, where he has no friends or a familiar life and community ~ he has even made a video for the court saying why he wanted to go back to Wales that they did not even look at.
I thought the childs welfare was paramount in all decisions, and how can it be right that he is removed from the stablity of his mother who has solely nurtured him all of his life?
Any angles on this where I can continue to fight for my children and their happiness?
    Thank you:A
Let's try firstly to shorten this a bit, I know you are upset but key points are paramount.

You have 3 children with your ex
None of these children have their father registered on their BC (until just recently)
Your oldest child the 14 year old went to live with her father last year.
Now the court have said that the other two children, the 6 year old and the 12 year old must also live with their father.

Sadly the only way you can fight this is via courts and it is the wrong time of year to be doing anything like this, nothing will be started until after the new year.

This is not a forced adoption as another poster is staing simply that the children are now living with their father.

OP, what reason did the court give for moving your children?

Was this a full contested hearing?
What were the recommendations of CAFCASS and what was their evidence that the children should be moved?
What were the thoughts of your legal team based on what CAFCASS recommended?
Have the children already moved to their fathers?

I have no pratical help to offer but, having recently lost my son to his father at the whim of social services, I just wanted to send my heartfelt sympathy to you & hope you can resolve it in some satisfactory way. Regardless of the circumstances, having a child forceably taken from you, even to live in the safety of a much loved fathers home, is almost unbearable on a minute-by-minute basis.
You are in my thoughts & prayers.
