my children have been taken from me

:cry:I lived as a single parent ~ i was never married or lived with my ex partner, he was not on the birth certificatesby his choice and never went for parental responsiblitly ~ until after my son was injured in a car accident where i was driving ~ my son has tragically been left quadriplegic and ventilator dependant through whiplash injury.
My eldest child with him is 14, but she left last xmas after he undermined my because i was the one who made the rules ~ he said i was dominating and a control freak.
My 12 yr old wants to stay with me as does my son who is 6yrs, but they were not properly represented by the cafcass officer. We lived in Wales before the accident but have not been allowed to return since the accident as my ex lives in Essex. My son was so distraught when the courts descision was that he go Essex, where he has no friends or a familiar life and community ~ he has even made a video for the court saying why he wanted to go back to Wales that they did not even look at.
I thought the childs welfare was paramount in all decisions, and how can it be right that he is removed from the stablity of his mother who has solely nurtured him all of his life?
Any angles on this where I can continue to fight for my children and their happiness?
Thank you:A

It's quite hard to make out what your trying to say as your post is a bit jumbled up

Have you spoken to a lawyer?

There must be more to this than meets the eye in fairness, the courts wouldn't deem it unless they saw it necessary
If Adam and Eve were created first

I met this lady by chance - Tesco check-out and she offered me her points:-) - the other day and I recommended she come here for support and help.

Without saying more, I have some experience in the broad area of like cases and I know there has been gross injustice here. Barrister met for 1st and only time 1hr before Hearing yesterday - just one example. A payout seems to be the key to Father's desire for ccc. Seeking ccc as if presenting a return to a previously established conventional nuclear family set-up, which HAS NEVER BEEN THE CASE, was mendacious.

Please do not pass judgment without knowledge.

Pray for this remarkable lady's strength to sustain her through the next stages of battle.

She has worked to obtain a good Eng.Lit. Degree in these last years of being Mum to 4 and was about to start her further teacher's training just before the accident occurred.

What do you think it can be for a mother to lift her son gently from the car floor after an apparently innocuous bump[not her fault - accepted]and then find he is now tetraplegic and requiring ventilation for the rest of his Life.

Another fiction writer who cant make it into the bigtime?

    Shame on you.
    Your reply is beneath contempt.

  • I really don't think you're going to get much help on a consumers forum, when people have hardly any facts.

This mse community is broad and all-encompassing: a fuller read of many Threads and strands on the forum will reveal this.

People come here for many reasons: to offer or seek help, advice and support is the lifeblood of mse.

    No-one is obliged to post.

    Try this.

There is a trend towards forced adoptions where children are taken from good homes simply for councils to meet targets and get money.

This site can help you. Even if they are not looking to steal your children from you.

Also google Christopher Booker, he has been writing about this travesty for months, if not years.
"There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."
"I could play all day in my Green Cathedral".
"The Centuries that divide me shall be undone."
"A dream? Really, Doctor. You'll be consulting the entrails of a sheep next. "

So who caused the accident? Surely not a blackspot?
