Amazon. `NEW` cd`s are used

I bought `new` 2 cds from amazon eu sarl. They are meant to be presents. Both arrived and neither has the cellophane packaging and both look grubby. They were NOT sold as used.

If you have bought directly from Amazon and not a Market Place seller then they will be new. Not all CDs come sealed, is it shelf scuffs, are the CDs damaged or scratched, have you contacted Amazon I am sure they will sort this out for you?

i have to add, its simply unlucky for you, out of 100 sales from amazon, a mixture of direct and traders, 100% have been perfect for me, they even went against their own policy to price match for me, just because i asked!Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
