I've used OE for years with no problem - a couple of weeks ago I downloaded some new stationery from the MS site; now, when I select the stationery and font in 'Options', to use as default, it remembers the stationery, but the font is defaulting to Ariel 12 point black, when I've set it up as Comic Sans 10 point bold blue. I've (obviously!) pressed the 'Apply' button when I've set the default, but no joy!
Any thoughts?

been ages since i've used OE but had the same problem with somebody at work in Outlook.
They were using Word as their email editor so it was using their default Word font type and size. Can't remember if OE lets you use Word for editor.0 -
My 'Word' default is Verdana, so can't be that - but thanks for the thought!I only exist in my own mind - if you can see, hear or read me, you are a product of my imagination.0

If you are using Stationery, you need to edit the stationery and set the font.

Thanks, Chippy - but that's exactly what I'd done in the first place. I've had new stationery before, but never had this problem.
