Evening all, Totally knackered again, OH snored for about 2 hours last night and then had to be up at 4 for work this morning so the alarm went of at 3.45 and 4 so another disturbed night, he is wrecked so already gone to bed so will probably be snoring again when I goo up, he isn't waking in pain so much now though which is a good thing as he still hasn't got an appt for the scan - they don't rush do they!
Sorry to hear everyone feeling so down, I fell like that as soon as the weather changes and admit if it wasn't for the challenged I would probably be curled up on the couch each night just watching TV. Last day at work tomoro and then 3 days off but have to go to docs and dentist on friday and want to try and get this house sorted for the looming winter so thining I may not be doing so much this weekend.
Today's totals, £2.61 T - did all quick polls and sponsored polls, got through 2 surveys and one is a product test so quite happy with that, DY 0.41, chow 0.76, OP 0.45, YSP - 0.10 = £4.38 so now up to £31.31 amazing what you can do when you put your mind to it.
Need to do ALOT of reviews as I am going to cash out for Am at the end of this month and want as much as possible as there are quite a few things I want to buy on there.

Been a fairly busy one again. Murphy has been out for his first walk/carry down the street. Took a long time to get him to stop shaking, but by the time we got home he was scampering along. Got him registered at the vets, and they told me about a plan they do, where you pay £15 a month to them, and then any treatments, vaccinations, operations, routine worming is covered for the year, microchipping and neutering if I want it done. I had been considering petplan insurance at £13 a month for him. Although it is a lot, one of the pups got hurt the other week and mum got charged £500. Another thing to think about paying for.
Ah bless him, bet it was all new to him, that is a bargain price at the vets, and petplan is an amazing price, we're with them and Bailey is £43 per month.
We had Whisky insured with Petplan, this is going back about 7yrs, he fractured a bone at the bottom of his spine and it had fragmented into his spinal cord, that meant an emergency trip to a private animal hospital, touch wood we were covered, but for vets consulation, the hospital consultation, mri scan, and a follow up appointment, our bill was about 2k, all we had to pay was £60 excess. Its something you hope u never need to use, but a godsend if you do.
School also collared me for helping this morning. I offered to help in their foundation unit, but they have obviously been talking about me in the staff room, as what they want is to get me helping out with the older kids in school with a reading programme,
your cards been marked!! - if it like our school they like you in one morning/ afternoon a week, you tend to stick with one class, and same children, get a repour with them
and also volunteer in the unit as well, -that translates to a lot of extra work.... (be an afternoon or a morning, want it to be every week,
and get involved in the PTA. I'm the secetary of our PTA - its a nightmare, when it comes to the 6am start for carboots, if you've got a great group of parents your laughing, timewise depends on how much the pta does
I don't know how many hours they think I want to give, but I don't want to be there for 3 hours a day or I'll never get anything else done. I'll be skint. Fair enough to use me properly, but I need some time without the kids around too or I won't feel any benefit. Next year will be different again as I will be able to use some time each day if they need me but still have a few hours free to get my stuff done. I'll have to be strict.
In the nicest of ways put your foot down at the start, at the end of the term last yr, I started as one morning a week with last yr of key stage 1, (school goveneror - your voluntered to read with class once a month, but that turned into once a week), then I was reading in Miss Hoodies class, then doing IPA work, covering for TAs that were off sick, I was in school 3 days a week...........
This term put my foot down, and said after Oct,once I'd got Open Uni up and running would do one morning reading.
Not got lots of money making done today, but i was on Cha till 1:30 this morning, so I think I will let myself off, and the pup then had me up about 6:45. DS2 thankfully is tired and will probably snooze this afternoon, though I might join him.
useless at multi quotes,so have just popped in as and when on your post,xx
Sorry for sounding like mother hen, but once you volunteer, its never ending! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

Then I just called up the doctors for my iron test results which according to the receptionist have come back fine...what on earth does that mean? does that mean I need to carry on taking the tablets...or I can stop them..or cut down..I'm really confused! I think I'll carry on taking them until my next midwife appointment in two weeks and ask her then. Dohhh and I've just remembered I was going to ask when the flu jan drop ins were. Eugh I'll call back tomorrow.
I might give up on the day, put a film on and knit...
I had my flu jab yesterday at our surgery, they've got 3 saturday mornings mid Oct onwards as drop in sessions, but as needed blood test for diabetics, it was just as easy for me to ask for flu jab. They should be in most surgeries now.
Hows the knitting coming on, I'm just doing bolero in cerise, age 0-6mths, we had the bright idea of knitting a few bits to keep in stock for anyone whos expecting xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0

You always seem to post in the middle of the night. Hard to keep a conversation going, but I appreciate all your thoughts in the post above (believe me I will be putting my foot down. I don't mind a certain amount, but the whole plan now the kids are at school is to get some 'me' time. Don't get me wrong I'll enjoy feeling useful again, especially if I get some nice kids, but I only get about 2 and a half hours at home to myself, so I need some of it to be for me, and now we have the pup as well, I am going to use him as the excuse. Can't leave him all day can I.
Hope you are ok after the jab. I have never had one, but I know they always knock my dad for 6.
And great idea about the knitting. I seem to be at the age now where there is a different person expecting every month. I spend so much time online I am never getting stuff like the knitting done. I should follow your plan, buy some pink and blue wool, and get a stash together, then I might also find time to do the shop on folksy or etsy like I keep threatening.0

Had about 5 hours sleep again as I went to bed at 1, and Murphy was crying at 6. I can't get downstairs quick enough though before he poos in the crate. I'm hoping he will start to get better at it, and at least he is managing to use the newspaper in the crate rather than do it on his bedding. So he is doing ok.
I'll report back later how the meeting with this woman goes about the reading project. It does sound really interesting and though it could mean a real difference for those being helped. It's also the 1st stay and play session for my own two today, so I bet I am in school most of the morning sorting stuff out. Then I want to walk the dog again as well, so the morning will be a non-money making one.0

Have a great morning Michelle. OH's day off today so I'm off round the shops hunting for Chrissie presents with my vouchers. I ordered OH's new phone last night, and his other main pressie came earlier in the week. I just need some stocking filler type things for everyone now.
The only people I'm stressed about, are mum and Step dad. Both have birthdays in November, and both are difficult to buy for. SD doesn't want or need anything. He has clothes, smellies, gadgets galore hidden in his wardrobe going back years and Mum buys what she wants herself, plus she's just lost four and half stone and still losing, so it looks like clothes shops vouchers for her for her birthday. I'm stuck for Christmas though. I :heartpuls M.S.E. I :heartpuls M.S.E. Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage! Morning all
I have had one survey from NV this morning so thats £1, I checked C (I put three reviews on there yesterday) and have 32p?? I really dont understand that site lol. I copied another one over this morning so 4 beauty ones on there now.
Makes total £1.32, then I had some ratings done on DY, 40 x 3p (I think lol) so that's about £1.20 so thats about my £2.50 for today done. Hope that's right lol. I am hoping for some more ratings today on DY as I rated about 70 people or more yesterday.
Off out up the town a bit later, then popping round to see ExMil, she just heard her youngest daughter has bowel cancer and is very upset about it. Her daughter doesn't talk to her so she can't even ring her up or anything.
I got a bit more sewing done yesterday evening, I am making up some more shoulder bags for both my shop and for presents for next year. OH has been back on nights again so I can't get up there during the day. Thats why I had all day yesterday to get some rating done.0

Rufus - I don't understand it either. I would have thought you'd have at least 75p plus a few rates. It's up to you - carry on as you have been, it's not taken too much effort has it, or just give up.
Have a nice afternoon. xxxI :heartpuls M.S.E. Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage! Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage! 0 0

Thanks Elysia, I will carry on and see what happens. Three of the ones I was going to copy are not on there so I cant do those ones. I dont know how you get them to put them on for you either lol.0
