Thanks for the welcome Elysia2003 - I have done surveys for some time but have joined the sites I had not already joined to day and all were fine except shop and scan who wanted a code. Is there a place I need to go to get the code?
I also do some writing through Freelancer and Zemandi and although it does not pay a great deal if you have some time Zemandi in particular can provide some jobs that take about an hour and pay $3.50 for a 300 word article and 2 rewrites. Think that is about £1.80 so it is pretty much the same rate as surveys per hour. If anyone does join the site is playing up at the moment so you need to reply to the e mail you get asking for a job.
As I am only doing part time work now I have the time to read properly and post rather than just dip in every few weeks like I have been doing.
There have been some great ideas and I am sure I am going to enjoy it here.

Karonher - for s&s, you can put your name on the list like ChaMichelle said a little earlier. Alternatively most of us got our invites through the survey site Survey Head. They have a mixture of reviews, some good payers, and some not so good, but worth checking every day to see what's going.
Payout is by paypal at $25 around £15.50. It takes about three weeks to come through I think. I :heartpuls M.S.E.

Morning everyone.
OH has gone back to work this morning. And of course the youngest decided he would get up really early just my luck. Guess it gives me chance to get on.
New review done put it on c first so that's 8/20. Getting there slowly.
Got a lot of cleaning up to do today, why do men make such much mess. I not only spend all my time cleaning up after two little boys but after my OH as well!GC 2015: Aug £272.21 /£300 Sept £112.41 /£300

Good morning all, and welcome to all joining us.
Hope it's lovely and sunny for everyone this morning, it's gorgeous here again. Managed to get a few more stars yesterday, only 54 to go, hope I can get there by the end of the month. Also I managed to list an item last night on the bay, already have one bid and lots of watchers so I am very pleased would love to get listing more but my laptop wont be here until the end of the week (if I'm lucky) so I am unable to do anything online in the evenings atm.
Oh Elysia, just read on ilovecashbacks fb that someone has already has their cashback paid so it sounds like it was all legit

Oh no legend, at least it's only 500 points if it doesn't process, luckily the barcodes will go through as long as they are submitted today although the scan book will say different.
Off to hunt out some stars and surveys

Morning guys. Woke up with an awful headache this morning. I think it is tension/stress though. I found some tablets I bought on a mystery shop from last year, so I took a couple of those and it is clearing a bit now.
Not that nice here today, but that doesn't seem to be nothing new. I have no idea what sort of clothes to pack for the hols. I guess a mix of summer stuff with warm stuff too.
I've started my list for the week, and done some of the bits on it already this morning.0 -
Morning all
Michelle - hope your headache goes, I think you need this holiday, you are trying to do too much at a time xx
I am still really busy with visitors etc so cant stay this morning. YD is going away again tomorrow until Sunday, she is going camping with the church she goes to. I will hopefully get back to normal again by Wednesday when OH goes back to work and I have the house to myself again xx0 -
Rufus - you take it easy too. You've had a busy few weeks.
Michelle - I hope your headache goes too. It's awful not feeling well when you've so much to sort out.
Legend - I did the exact same thing last week. I only missed out on the photo points. I didn't upload my barcodes until 11.30 on the Monday (when I remembered) but the points got added ok.
Savvy - thanks for the info - I've been using that site, for small amounts of cashback - I figured they'd be more likely to pay out if I actually used the site. Mine still says pending, does yours?
Got a new review on both sites - But I'm hoping the one on Chow does well. I really tried hard on that one.
Claire - I know exactly how you feel. OH went back to work last Tuesday - I haven't got the house straight yet, and he's off again tomorrow.
Michelle - can you save me a couple of those pills please? I have a feeling I might need them later. DD is having a friend over for her first sleepover tonight. DD is usually asleep by 9, but the girl who's coming to stay - doesn't go to bed until 2 everyday - even on a school night.:eek::eek:I :heartpuls M.S.E.
