Nicky - How did OH get on talking to his Mum, about the film? If you like Ben and Jerry - wait till you try Hagen Daz. ;) I''m pleased Junior is doing well. He/she sounds like they are going to be a whopper.

He hasn't spoken to her yet! He has been away for the last two days on a course for work, he had to stay overnight at a hotel. He didn't want to fall out with her before he went in case I needed help in an emergency so he says he'll speak to her tomorrow. I think he's been putting it off really, as there are plenty of other people I could call in an emergency. I can't say I blame him for delaying though, it's not going to be fun for him :(

I think this baby is going to be even bigger than my DS. I had such a difficult time delivering him though so I have been referred to the consultant. Apparently they are going to monitor the size of this baby very carefully and possibly induce me early if they think it might cause the same problems. It might be here before Christmas then :D

And yes, we did miss you!

    Ahh thank you Nicky :)

I know this is going to sound bad, and probably taking the easy way out, but if DS isn't having nightmares or anything, I wouldn't make too big a deal out of it.

I would just politely say no next time they offer, OR take a load of DVD's for him to watch while he's there and be strict about a bedtime, there's less chance of him watching 18 movies at 7pm ;). I know it's hard some times, but if it keeps the peace, everyone's happy.

I hope he had a better night's sleep at the hotel than us. The first night all was quiet, second night there were car alarms going off all night, and last night someone underneath was having a domestic for hours - screaching at the top of their voices and throwing furniture around. I think they finally finished about 6am.

    No problems Rufus.

Quite in here today with Elysia away. Meant to say earlier I got my name tags in the post today and they were really nice. Thanks again for mentioning that you used them, and they were ok. Just thought I should have said when I bought them that you recommended them. Might have got you priority or a discount in a future purchase.

Although he knows hes in the doghouse as on Tuesday morning he got up with DS let me have a lie in and then after an hour or so brought me tea and toast in bed! He has NEVER done that! Also last night he ran me a bath and put candles and stuff all out again he has NEVER done that! Wonder how long it would last!

Nice to see faces old and new around still! :)
I am good thank you, very busy with work - married life is happy and lovely! Nice to see Miss Hoodie is still keeping you out of mischief!! :)

Hoping to get eBaying, maybe next weekend. Got a fair few expensive makeup bits that are brand new/used once - they sell well on eBay so hopefully can make a few pennies and start saving for Christmas.

Also, got an Amazon Credit Card ages ago, pay for everything on that, pay it off straight away and it pays Amazon vouchers for loyalty. I've been using them for my (expensive) printer ink but may start building them up for Christmas now. Just a tip in case anyone finds that useful!

Thanks Jammy - top tip. I was thinking about getting a Mr T one for the points, but will do a comparison and see which one is best. :)

Morning everyone - I was up early and feeling extremely motivated. Feeling very positive today. :) I can't wait for August - the end of the month always seems a bit deflating, and then when we see our totals and awaiting the new challenge, I feel all eager again.

Michelle has come up with a couple of great ideas to go along with the theme of setting our own challenges - just like the dooyoo one running until the end of the month, so I can't wait for that to be posted.

Thanks Legend - I have some things needed to be Ebayed so will do that this weekend too. I seem to be listing for other people lately - mind you they give me a share of the profits, so it's easy work.

It's the last day of the month tomorrow - come on everyone, let's have a last minute money making push. :D

I've just put in a request for Ciao for £72.47. Not quite £75, but close.

I've also just got a £5 am voucher from SB claimed. Just noticed the NOSO section has disappeared.

And DY £50 will be claimable today, but I am not sure whether to hang on and push for £75 then claim just before I go away. It is already at nearly £56. It is amazing me how quickly I am whizzing through on there. I guess I can decide over the weekend.

I've also done a few surveys this morning. Got a good 60 point GTM one. I'm at 785 on there, so might reach payout there next month.

I'm going to have a good weekend at all those last minute 50p items I think, and I hope viva is good today too. :D
