Hi everyone, just popping in to see how you are all doing ;)

Having a bit of a nightmare with my assignment, I have a complete block going on at the moment but trying to work through it :(

Have managed about 40p on onepoll, amazingly as it kept crashing, and I got chucked off near the end of one as the number of respondants had filled up. They really need to sort that site out. I worked out toluna surveys are roughly 30p a survey (2800 points) so that has motivated me to carry on with it.

Thanks for the advice re knitting ladies, had a look at some youtube videos and it's coming back to me, my nana taught me when I was 8/9 (well half an hour as a one off, we didn't see her much) and I can remember some of the basics, will put it on the back burner for a week or so.

Saw the official magic elfs, they are lovely aren't they, it's $59 for two (£36ish) and then not sure about postage but I reckon around £50-£60 all in  Keeping an eye out for a lovely alternative.

Elysia hon - might sound daft, but try adding a piccie to it, and you might get more Es. I've found that. I am convinced people don't read some of what is being rated. I have to say, i am more tempted myself to give E if the formatting is played round with and you can see a piccie. I'm sure people rate harder on there than the other site.

sorry Elysia I didn't read your question about ds's award ceremony properly. it is on 11 July.

michelle I have got new points on swag buck. I wasn't sure it was working properly - I don't use IE usually, think I will have to start using it all the time.

Ooh 11th July is Connors 3rd birthday!

Elysia and bunbun for your first week you will get the 500 for photo upload but have already been awarded the 10,000 for first barcode transmit which includes your first week if you get me! So next week on the Monday/Tuesday you should get 1600 if you upload batcodes and photos!

I have to forfeit today! Bummer! Made about 40p on OP but its been awful all day! Been screened from other surveys so not made target today!

Bunbun- just so you know, with S&S, usually you have your clicker upload points 1100 added on a tuesday and your receipt points 500 added on a monday. Actually it's quite handy as I have forgootten to upload on a sunday before and submitted my clicker upload on the monday and which credited fine on the tuesday and they didn't tell me off. They say you have to upload by sunday midnight but if you forget to then you can upload clicker results on a monday for it to go through, but you wont get anything for a late receipt upload.

Thanks michelle for swagbucks info x
  • Hi all, still rubbish at getting surveys done,,22.41pm and just sat down,,sooo tired now ;-( BUT I have made £30 this week on fleabay,,listed aload of stuff this weekend so hoping for some more sales,,really trying to get my huge pile of stuff on there and then donate to charity if it doesnt sell!
Listed alot of books on amazon but they havent sold yet.
Ebay blocked me for 30 day too from listing 'named' brands,,but after 2 weeks I could list again,,I listed stuff anyway just never put a space inbetween the 'name' and gender,,ie boysadidas t shirt''anyhow been selling on there for 11yrs and NEVER had this before,,new rules because soo many people buy to sell and they like u to have a business account so they can charge u more money I think.
I bought an Elf last month off ebay,,he is a mini elf from some tv programme,,not sure as my youngest is 9,,hes a cute elf,,gonna buy him a sibling!! have loads of plans for naughty things for them to get up to in dec!!

Had a lovely time fri nite and got paid!! I was asked to run a make-up workshop at a theatre school with 60 kids,,,it was sooo much fun, I havent used my theatrical make-up skills for a while so I really enjoyed it! If I had more time I could maybe do some more make -up work,am qualified but really dont have time or confidence to use it. I will save the cash once I get it for my summer fund,,I am trying to save some money for summer hols as I dont earn as much in the 6 weeks hols.
Right off to get some sleeeep
    take care all :-)

Michelle - Is there not a pic on my review or profile on Chow? I added both. In fact, I took loads of pics for the chatman, but it would only let me add one. :(

Having a better day so far: Have done 400 pts on GOP already, and one for OO. I was happier last night, as I managed to do the OP ones, they took forever but I did them, and then I got a 400 pt one on Ips. Plus my last ebayer paid. So I manaed it in the end. Legend - it was a hard day yesterday. I hope it's better for you today.

Kirsty - Theatrical makeup. Wow. I specialised in Wedding Hair - but not cofindent enought to do that either. :(

Have a good day everyone. Need to post this last ebay this morning, and then off out with OH (nowhere exciting :().

    See you all later xxx
