Forgot to mention, I was invited to another product trial with clix research for foundation. Soo pleased as I am almost out of my current one, so have saved a few pennies :)

About £1 on onepoll right now too.

Decided the best way for me to get motivated is write a list of things I aim aiming to buy this month for christmas/all ocassions with prices etc and then try to aim to make the money marking off what I can afford with what I have made. Thinking it may help spur me on, does anyone else do this?

BunBun, i got into a rut as it was all too easy to go to the Docs and he sign me off some more, Occupational health helped me put a plan together to get back to work and negotiate on my behalf, I ended up going back 4 days a week, that one extra day off was a god send and it was not a great drop in salary either.

when i had my daughter i applied to reduce my hours further to 3 days, best thing i ever did reducing my hours as it helped me cope better.

I know when it got bad and idecdied i could nto face goign into work, home was my place to hide away from everything, so i did not have to deal with the "real world" I was just pitting off the inevitable, but at the same time it is what i needed to sort myself out.

one the survey front, i am busy with an hour long survey on musurveys, i did one 2 days a go, this is the second i have to do one more and i get 1500 points. Will trawl throught he rest of my emails later when this is done, i must fit in some exercise tonight too, otherwise i think the sofa will mold around my body, and i will never get out of the chair :)

LOL. Knit - you've been to my house then? That's me somedays. I leave a shape on the seat when I get up.

Savvy - you seem down hun. Are things ok? You know what to do, make your list and then you can see something physical rather than just feeling stuck at the computer with nothing to show for it. I think Rufus does it that way. She lists what's she's got to buy in a document, say all in green, and as they are done, she changes them to red. I did last year too, when I was stuck in a rut. It helped a great deal. :)

Bunbun - I know it's hard to understand, but OH must be suffering to consider taking the time off at the moment. I think you both need to take each day as it comes for a while. Sending you both hugs ((( )))

Cornish - well done hun. You're doing marvellously. :) I'll have one of those beers if your offering. ;) (I don't drink really, but I could do with one some days. :D)

Michelle - I know it sounds weird - but that link is definitely not there for me. I have made a few suggestions in the past, so I know what to do, Chow just won't let me do it.

Todays results: £1 VO, £1.50 PB, 50p ysp, 85p OP, 75p Opinum, 75pts on Ips, and 3,000 pts on T. Total £4.60 plus points. Plus the extra £12ish off Chow. :D

So shall i add it for you then Elysia? No trouble if you want me to. Is it because i am red now, so i can do more stuff? Saying that, i could add stuff when i was white. Let me know and i will do it after we've eaten.

Bunbun I have gone through what your DH did when i had postnatal depression. My school were pretty quick off the mark getting me to occupational health, but i really could not face the going back at all. Even though they tried to think of ways round it, i was not well enough at the time to do it. Even going to the meetings my DH had to take me and i just couldn't even drive myself there or talk about work without being in floods of tears. I definitely would be asking the school for a referral. They would be able to get to the bottom of what is causing him the problems and then offer him councelling if he needs it, or support in school. The problem is not going away on its own is it,as you have been saying about it all the time i have been posting here, so at least a few months. Like knit said, he might need to reduce his hours for a while, but i also found that the wage drop was not as bad as i thought going down to 4 and then 3 days as the tax is a bit less.

Michelle - would you please make the suggestion? Whenever you have time, would be great. Thanks so much. :) I have added things myself before - but like I say, Chow just won't let me now. It's that review I got the review of the month for, so a few E's on Chow would boost next months balance too. ;) If ever there's anything I can do for you, just ask. :D

I think it's wonderful how everyone on here helps each other - whatever the problem is, we can deal with it together. :)

Just done it now, so i will let you know when they add it hon.

I think best policy here then is going to be add one maybe add a couple a month and try to hammer them and get as many ratings as we can. I think i am also going to move some of mine around a bit that are better so they are near the top of the list.

If you want me to add any more then let me know when you want it doing. I don't mind. Not like you never do anything for me or the other girls is it. I wouldn't have known about the shopping guides without you, so we all help each other. It's the best way as i am sure we all get more that way.

no money making today, spent 5 hours searching out car insurance for dad, couldn't believe his renewal had almost doubled... £500 - started on all the price comparison sites there great till you all in all the added extras it was a nightmare, one policy started out at £170, by the time, legal cover, protected no claims etc - was awful.

But eventually we got his sorted with M+S, and he gets £35 cashback from quidco, - the policy was £250, the added extras are brilliant... dreading when I come to renew mine in Dec, be a nightmare x
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
