I am finding it ok Elysia but just need to remember to upload barcodes and receipts! I need to set a reminder to do it every Sunday but other than thats it pretty simple and DS loves trying to help scan it all! I had my 10,000 points for signing up and redeemed a voucher for Argos and am in my 2nd week and have 2100 points so on average every 10 weeks will be able to get a voucher!:xmassmile**New** Thrifty Gifty Money Making for Christmas and all occasions 2012**:xmassmileMember No. 11 of Happy Chappy's Clip Strip Club!

Thanks again to you lovely ladies I too signed up to SH and have £4 something already :j Did have a weird thing happen though when doing a survey with them asking qs fine then said needed to download something which I did and it was a website which was in french, which managed to change to english, but then it didn't carry on the survey ??? It was for about £1.50 as well so was a bit annoyed.
I also got referal for S and S but had already joined them 2 weeks ago. I have to conciously remembering to scan my shopping but it doesn't really take long and once I am in the habit it will be fine. I am easily pleased by the little bleeper anyway

thanks elysia I must remember to check more often
michelle/knit hope you both feel better in the morning and your headaches have gone
my OH is off work again this week. I can see why as it must be hard to stand in front of a class when you are just overwhelmed by it all but can't see what this time off is going to achieve. he can't be off forever and I am not sure where things will go from here.
I really feel for you, i was off for quite a while from teaching, with work pressures, my marriage breaking down, and being pregnant again, it was horrendous. Occupational health were fantastic in negotitaing with work a phased return, he can refer himself too.0 -
Struggling to keep up at the moment got quite a bit going on at home with OH and his job process he is going through.
Couldn’t agree more rufusdog the grand prix was fantastic the best race of the season.
Well done to everyone on DY it’s a difficult one to get into but once you do it gets better. I enjoy writing the reviews now.
Just a quick question when is the best time to redeem on ciao, I remember someone saying they only do the bank transfer once a month.GC 2015: Aug £272.21 /£300 Sept £112.41 /£300

Michelle would be the best one to ask Claire. I do know though that last month they shared out the premium fund on the 20th, so I'm hanging out until then. Otherwise I'll have to wait until I reach £5 again. If I wrote regular reviews I think Ciao could be worth it, but as I don't, I'm not getting the rates back, despite putting in lots of hours last month.
Have a look at your statistics and see how many 'E's you've got, if it's not many, and you are going to keep going with the site, cash out by all means, but like I say, I'll wait another week.

I've just done a survey on ips for points (look out for it) - it's one for a product test for a posh perfume. Is it too much to hope that they send a full bottle, instead of a vial.

Morning all
Elysia - I thought about shop and scan but OH is "in charge" of shopping and he keeps all the receipts, I dont get a look in. If I asked for them he would be asking what for and then would scoff and say its not worth all that bother etc etc etc. He doesnt mind me spending the money I get doing these little top up things but he thinks its not worth it and is not at all helpful, like if I am in the middle of doing a survey and have to leave the computer for something he would think nothing of closing the window and saying oh well doesnt matter. Makes me mad sometimes but then I dont tell him how much I get over the year, I keep that to myself. I wouldnt be able to buy any of his presents or things for everyone else if I didnt, but if I am doing a survey for 15p or something silly he just sits and laughs. Its ok for him, he earns good money but I never get any of it, I just have what I get on here, my CB for YD and little bit of DLA so look forward to earning my extra pennies.
Rant over lol.
Anyway, I had a NV survey for £2 this morning, so just £3 to go on there till redeem. These last few pounds on there and on YG seem to be taking forever lol.
Also had notice of one of the SN surveys tracking, I did about 4 last week but have only had the email about 1 of them.0 -
Flabbergasted this morning to log onto Ciao and it looks like the premium fund was given out today - my balance shot up from £4 odd, to nearly £23, so i reckon i got about £18 that way. I was beginning to think it was not worth the bother.

In terms of cashout, i was advised to do it as near as possible to the end of the month as they only sort it at the end of the month. Any you do earlier in the month won't be cashed anyway and you might not get up to the next £5. I think i did it about the 27th last month with going away.
Crown day, so i have got my fingers crossed there again. I wrote some good ones i think that guides were praising, so i hope that will mean something. That would help getting the lasty £3.80 for a cheque.
I hope there is a lot on OP today too as i am at £38.90 there too. So close, yet it feels so far. :rotfl:0 -
Wow michelle that's great, well done. Thanks for the advice will just have to make sure I remember.GC 2015: Aug £272.21 /£300 Sept £112.41 /£300

I can post when i claim if you like. I've just gone through my diary and written it at the end of every month to remind myself. I am hoping the ones i claimed last month get paid tomorrow, as it was the 15th last month.
The day gets better. Another crown on DY, and the postie just brought mine and DHs orange prepaid cards that we ordered from the grab it thing the other week.
Amazing how it all comes in at once.
Not by luck though is it - it is hard work doing so much, but hopefully worth it.0
