Grrrr vista through viva!!! Twice this week they have let me finish a whole survey and then told me I failed their quality thingy. Never rush the surveys and answer all questions fully so a bit naffed off tbh.

Welcome Bramble this thread is great, you'll fit in fine I'm sure.

Elysia that is the homescan I am with, so easy to do. I'm just forgetting about the points for a while so they mount up and then I can get something decent.

Off to check my ebay, have a few things with bids on and watchers so hopeing for a good sell come sunday.

Savvy - awww bless your DD. The scanner isn't huge, it's just a little bit bigger then my mobile phone. This one only gives you 75points per week, extra if you do surveys etc. but it will take four months to earn a cheap DVD that costs about £5 in the shops. To say i'm hugely disappointed is an understatement, but every penny helps (or gift in this case), I just hope you get lots of points for surveys to boost the balance up.

I'm whispering this in case Rufus hears - I had a good day on wh yesterday and got 15 gold. ;)

Rufus - well done on perservering (sp) with your computer. I know absolutley zilch about them, so I have no idea how to help, but Susan mends computers - could you ask her for info?

Michelle - Have a good weekend hun. You've really deserved it. See you Tuesday. :)

Well done Stepmum - I hope you make loads of sales. If I can get my camera working, I might list some myself this weekend.

    Morning everyone.

Going to have a quiet weekend at home with the family, might watch the grand prix with the OH. Feeling very tired OH came in at 12 after his band practise and woke me up then my DS got up at 5.50 this morning. Once he is up he is up!!

Only just got back into the money making after two months off, so May will be rubbish for me. I didn't attempt any of the challenge. Hope everyone else has done well.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Claire - I don't blame you taking it easy. You call it a day for the weekend and hopefully come back feeling refreshed and raring to go for June.

We had a party next door but one yesterday, I say party, it started at midday yesterday and is still going on now. To be fair the music was on full blast but got turned down at 11ish last night, but the drunken shouting, rows and fighting was worse than the music. I expect this will be going on the whole weekend. :(

I've just been on Viva to see if the have any new surveys, and out of curiosity clicked the jobs button. I've got a job to write 400 words about solar panels and the prices from one specific company. :j

I have three days to do it, so if you don't see me here, you know what I'm doing. It'll probably take me that long as I know absolutley nothing about solar panels, so it should be fun.

well its been a hetic week, so I have been dropping by the try and read but have not had the energy to post! Well done on everyone that ahs made redeems, it seems everyone has been very busy :D.

First week at the job has gone amazingly. Everyone is lovely, the job seems interesting (with tonnes of training and support) and there are a ridiculous amount of benefits too! I cant wait till I have been there 4ish months and have my full client base as this is when you can start earning bonus (which is amazing!).

Ive sold a few dribs and drabs on ebay so have made afew pounds on there this month. Dont think I will be able to put any mroe up for a while now though as whilst I am training I work 9-530 so I will only be able to post on a saturday which may cause too many problems for what its worth! Once I finish my first 4 weeks training I do 2 late shifts a week so will be able to start ebaying again then. Although I am hoping to do a car boot in the next few weeks, need to try sort my diary for when!

Looking forward to our shopping payouts on the 1st haha

Well done Giggles - I'm glad you enjoyed it at work. Here's hoping these next few weeks fly past and you can get those bonuses. ;)

Well I wrote my peice. It was supposed to contain prices of these solar panels, and do you think I could find an actual price? Thank goodness, they asked for ball park figures from just a couple of stockists. That was harder to write then the guides - at least I knew then what I was talking about. :)
I've submitted it so we'll wait and see. There is a huge list of others I could complete but they are all about solar panels. I think I've had enough for one day, so I'll leave them for someone else to do. ;)

I'll have another look at the site, to see if I can find the writing test for you all - back in a minute.

ETA: Here it is - I hope it works for you. :)

OK so I am now signed up to something called shop and scan rewards? I went through a survey on survey head and it sent me to this site? Filled in details and they are now sending me a clicker? Is that what your is elysia or have I joined up to something completely random???

Elysia - i dont think you added the link lol or I cant see it, might be just me. Well done on doing the piece, I dont think I could do it on something I dont know about. I would be stuck for words.

Giggles, have a nice weekend, sounds like you have earned it this week. Glad the job is turning out well.

I have had quite a boring day. Forgot to bring any sewing down this morning before OH went to bed so will have to wait until he gets up. Have done all the surveys I can find, keep checking to see if there are any new ones but its always quiet on a weekend.

Hi Legend - I as telling OH about the scan things and said I wouldnt mind doing it but he thinks it would be a big hassle. He is in charge of shopping and would put it all away with out me being able to scan it, he keeps the receipts too lol so I wouldnt be able to see them.
