Nicky - Have you been following the Tesco DTD thread? Johnsons baby products are working out at free at the moment - I also just saw this post and thought of you. At that price it's worth stocking up already. ;)

Sorry but could you post the link for DTD thread? I cant find it through searching :( unless i am being my usual blonde self....!

Here it is Elmo - on the Grabbit board.

Read through the whole of the first post to understand how it works, but basically if something is dearer in Tesco than Asda, buy it. They give you double the over charge back, so some things they pay you to take away. I get £3 everytime I buy diswasher tablets. :) You need to put the things that are dearer in T in one transaction or things that are dearer at A cancel each other out iyswim, and work out that the amount DTD you get back is no more than £20. :)

I'm only a novice - we've lost a few of the members of this board to that thread :( but it is still money making (or rather saving), so it's all fine.

    Hi all,
I am still alive (just!) its been nice to have a few days off work, not that I have done anything and only just left the house today.

Not done any money making either, although I did do about 100 quick polls on T yesterday. I still have not had any vouchers from them, my first redeem was over 3 months ago now so I think they are taking the P a bit, I don't see what the problem is??!

I have just signed up to viva as everyone is talking about it lol, got screened out of everything so guess it doesn't like me!

    NickyBo congratulations hun!

Hope everyone has had a nice Easter and all those that went away had a great time.

Hoping to do some other surveys today but just waiting for visitors to turn up at the mo, they were meant to be here at 4pm so can't really do anything until they turn up, I think its pretty rude actually and hope they don't stay long now!!

    Xmas Saver!
just checking in been a bit slack with this good weather and having the kids off
ive been getting garden ready justt need to buy myself a lounger n few other bits theen next time i,ll be able to be outside on laptop while kids play
another job i need to do is sort out all are summer clothes that got stashed away sure there will be a bag worth for charity shop or might try n ebay dont usually do clothes as we wear them to death
still waiting for 2 sets of vouchers and a chq redeemed but 1 of those is loony from beg of feb but will add to voucher pot and savings account
anyway kids back to school for 3 days tommoro so some time to catch up with net related stuff

I know it may sound daft, but what I do with Miss Hoodies summer clothes, if there any good put up and ebay mid Feb, espically swimwear and shorts, they can fly out, - people go on hol, or budget buy ready for the summer. Next down to her friend, then the charity shop, everyone gets a bit, we get some money towards the next batch of clothes xx

I hope everyone is having a nice Bank holiday.

    I have a bit of news ........ (drumroll) .............

    I'm pregnant!!!

We only found out today so it's still very early days. I can't help but tell people though, we did the same when I was pregnant with my son :D

I've checked an online due date calculator and I'm due on the 27th December  So all the money making and organising I've been doing will be even more useful now. I'm going to step it up a gear with the money making, I'm aiming for Christmas to be as money neutral as possible!

Right, off to find me some surveys :rotfl:

Massive, massive, congratulations, big hugs all round from me + Miss Hoodie.

Thanks for the congratulations everyone :D We've spent the evening visiting and phoning our families to tell them. We have told DS and he is SOOO excited. He keeps kissing and stroking my tummy, he can't wait for his playmate!

Thanks for the links Elysia, definitely worth a look. I live closer to Morrisons now so tend to go there even though I much prefer Tesco. I'll see if I can persuade DH that we need to go to Tesco at the weekend :)
