Hi everyone, Happy Easter! Hope everyone has lovely days planned with the family today
Been ok, not done as much money making as I would have liked to due to Tesco, slowly stocking up on hamper items for Christmas hampers. My totals are much lower than last month as I have been put off ebay a little. May just do one last batch on there tonight to clear some space.
I have managed 6 redeems in three weeks with viva which is amazing! and managed to catch up on loony with 187 surveys and will have enough to redeem with a bit of luck next week.
That's a long journey Elysia, glad you had a lovely break away, truly deservedWe went to Wales late last year, had the sat nav programmed and ready to roll to Ceredigion. The M$ was closed due to a lorry turning over and had no idea what to do as the at nav kept redirecting us to the M4, managed to reset the route so a 4 hour trip took us 8 hours and we were taken through the valleys . I have never been so nervous driving in my life, it was a single track 'road' just big enough for one car with extremely steep drops into a valley winding around edges of steep hills, looking down into waterfalls etc with no rails or fences. It was extremely beautiful but I was a bag of nerves, and there were sheep darting out in front of us some of the way :rotfl:When we came out we noticed a sign post saying scenic route :rotfl:
Welcome back Ddraig, sorry to hear about hubby being funny about you being on the computer, hubby was the same (maybe still is but less verbal about it) but when I explain how much has been made he soon zips up.
Welcome to the thread Elmo, always lovely to have new people joining in
Hope you manage to sort out some craft bits susan, have you thought about sweetie bouquets and sock bouquets, baby bouquets... basically anything you can make into a bunch of flowers?
Thanks for the video tip of giggles, I may have a go if I can find time would be better if we didn't have to show our faces though.
Glad you had a wonderful trip mum2one, sounds like you had an amazing time, a real once in a lifetime experience
One more week to add some more to our totals, lets give it a big push and get these surveys done. Well done eveyone, you are all doing so brilliantly :TComping wishlist for 2017

Savvy - OH drives in Cornwall or Wales as I don't do hills. As soon as I get to Exeter I take over.
I knew you were doing well on Viva - but not that well. I got that wrong didn't I? Well done hun. You've put some seriously hard work into to get that result. I'm waiting for my first redeem to clear, I think it's due on the 28th. I was busy catching up with washing/ironing/shopping yesterday so didn't do too much in the way of surveys. Hopefully will be able to bump up my totals over the next week.
Mum2one - you make me laugh. My sister is just the same. Egypt she smashed her foot and had to have over a year off work, Goa and Kerala she broke bones too, Wherever she goes, usually disaster follows. She's off to Boston and New York in three weeks, I wander what will happen then?I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

Elysia - thank you so much
Savvy - know what you mean about hte steep drops. I used to live there. We went to the Lakes last week and OH was sqeezing his bummm cheeeks as it was so narrow, i was driving and we were 11 metres long and just over the road wide. We were touching the hedges both sides....he wasnt happy, but these sat navs got a lot to answer for. It kept trying to divert me up short cuts. I resisted and kept driving until I seen an A road, we probably went miles out of the way . BUt when your towing without a fixed axle (like a caravan) you can only go forward. It doesnt do reverse.....Well done on viva
Back to the money making sorry to digress
Umm I dont think I`ve done any...oops tell a lie, I had £15 vouchers from Looney and I did £11.55 with viva, but when do they pay out, put it in a couple of weeks ago.
Must admit havent done many, been crafting. Nice and relaxing. NOTChallenge 2018 - Learn by heart the Book by Wayne Morgan on Amazon - Betfair Football Trading as it helps to supplement my small income :beer:0 -
Just a quickie to say hello as I've been away for the weekend visiting my family.
Rufus - I've done your latest opinion
Elmo - Welcome and congratulations on the pregnancy! The first year I found this site I didn't join until August. I also work full time and have a young son so don't get to spend much time money making, but it still makes a big difference. I mainly collect vouchers, particularly Amazon ones, throughout the year and they quickly add up. I also save all my Tesco clubcard vouchers and do the Double Up that they usually run in September time. I then use them to get a lot of my son's birthday and Christmas presents for free
Mum2one - WOW!! Your holiday sounds amazing, I'd love to do something like that. I bet it was wonderful watching Miss Hoodie swimming with the dolphins.
Susan - I think for a summer fair anything that could be a wedding present would be popular. Also Fathers day is the following month so anything that could be used as a gift for Dad's could be popular too. Also, anything that is suitable for a birthday present as these happen all year round - things like sock cupcakes, jewellery, bags of sweets/homemade fudge made to look fancy (I know what I mean!).
Giggles - Have you had a reply from Shopping.com about the videos? I'd like to do it as long as I didn't have to be in it! Failing that, I could wear sunglasses and a hat :rotfl:Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -
Nicky - ty so much for suggestions
LMAO at you sunglasses and a hat , theres some shady characters going to be on I can see it now, Let us know when you and giggles do some, could do with a looksieChallenge 2018 - Learn by heart the Book by Wayne Morgan on Amazon - Betfair Football Trading as it helps to supplement my small income :beer:0 -

I have my wig and sunglasses ready just in case hahahaha Only thing is my YouTube account contains all the videos I have edited from shows so not sure I want to upload a personal video to it. May start a new account.0
