    Xmas Saver!
Hi everyone, sounds like we have had busy money making days, well done all.

Just wanted to share a few deals with you all to help with the thrifty gifty side of things.

Firstly you can get either a canvas print/acrylic block/XL poster/foil print worth £49.99 for free (first 10,000 people) just need to pay £2 postage, from what I gather the picture is supposed to be of people wearing clothes posing but I ordered a canvas print (16" x 24") of dd which has gone through. Comes with fixtures and fittings. This thread explains it and has the link -

thanks elysia2003 - I will get there, onwards and upwards as they say! :D

Will keep posting on here with my progress on surveys/ebay, ive just been working my way through some surveys to catch up. Only got screened out of 2 so far, so not too bad!!

Massive massive thank you, just ordered one of Miss Hoodie, taken b4 xmas, when we'd gone to see Santa - when it was bad snow, such a natural smile, caught her off guard, - so hoping that look super fab and be mothers day prezzie xx
xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx
  • Esmer you must be really strong willed to make cakes during lent when you aren't eating them :)

I'm finding lent ok so far, not had any problems and hopefully will drop a few pounds as a result.

Got £7 amazon yesterday which pushed my total up a bit.

Esmer - with the mr t shopping - you need to put all the things that are cheaper in asda through in one transaction or else when things are cheaper in T they cancel each other out. When things are bogof - you only need to buy one - that way you make more. The way people are making the most money is by going to t after 7pm when the system updates - I can't get there then, so I just take my chance.

Legend - Hope the washing machine is delivered and installed.

Bunbun - best not to dwell - he's going to be treated and he'll be fine, I know he is. Think of the positives. You're a wonderful mum.

Twinkle - how are things today?

Skiergirl - I hope you feel better soon. It's bad enough you're in pain with your knee, without that on top.

    Esmer - yummy cakes.

Woohoo - I just got my Mr T pricecheck voucher back. I only bought a handful of things to try it out and I received £26.00 voucher back. One thing I purchased, although other people had bought it, because I went on the afternoon of update day, wasn't able to be pricechecked, but as I would have bought it anyway - it isn't too much of a hardship. ;) I usually go shopping on Friday so I need to write out my list ready for tomorrow. :)

    Esmer those cupcakes look amazing!

Giggles, he's in the Army so he'll be going to Afghan. He's not a rock star!!

Thanks ladies, it really does help to talk sometimes. To top off my especially bad week I had blood and clots in my urine last night, felt sick, back pains.... So off I went to the doctors this morning and have got a course of antibiotics so hopefully nip the infection in the bud. But on the positive side of things it means I get to catch up on T today.

We haven't really spoken anymore about things, but I was talking to a friend this morning and in her unsubtle way blerted out that perhaps the OH wanted to go to Pompy on his own to get away from me and make splitting up easier, but surely if he really wasn't happy he would have said and we wouldn't be together right?

Legend - it's washing machine day! Hope you're enjoying it lol
Dribbling my way to £11k... so far £653.69/£11000

Hi, is anyone having problems with the quick sponsored polls on toluna? I usually go through them every day and there are loads which add up to at least a thousand points. The last couple of days there are only the ones on the front page and when I click on more it says there aren't any. Also the 15point quick polls say I can't do them as I need to update my profile but even after I did, it still said the same. Is anyone else having the same problem?

yes ! it does the same to me too
  • Hi everyone, popped to Tesco after reading about all your trips, managed to get a fair bit, after all discounts a dtd, my £60 shop cost me just over £1!

Also, found that your £3 credit Funky Pigeon can be used against posters and notebooks too :) If you sign up with a referal code you get 50% off your order making a personalised notebook or poster free including free delivery. Hope it helps someone, they have some lovely designs and are probably better quality than the vistaprint ones. If anyone needs a referal code feel free to ask me ;)

Np mum2one, glad it has helped, my payment went out to them today so hopefully not too long to wait. I hope they are good quality but can't complain for the price though.

Hope things get better soon Twinkle, perhaps it's best to have a heart to heart with him to see where you stand, it's better to know than to not if things are not as they seem, but all could be well and it will put your mind at rest ((hugs))
