Lovely necklace pennib, well done, what a good idea. It looks well fiddly.
I did a few surveys today but that's all, went out this morning for walk up town and then was planning my next sewing project this afternoon and making a start so only just came back on the computer. I'm like elysia this week, my OH is off so we will be out and about or have things to do so will get on when I can but will catch right up next week.0 -
Mary - no shame with the headlice, glad you are getting the grant, must be a big weight off your mind xx0

I went up town this morning to see if I could find something fabricy that I could use for the embroidery for my brother's cushion. I found a lovely cotton sheet in one of the charity shops which feels lovely, its 100% cotton and quite a wide weave so perfect for it. I spent the afternoon trying to copy out the poem I am using onto a sheet of A4 as my printer is out of ink. Got it all nice and tried tracing it through the fabric, got to half way and my son rang to say he was dropping something off so had to get up for him and when I came back I carried on only to find after I had finished that the writing was looking well wonky so had to start it all over again. I have got it right this time though and have already done the first two lines of the poem, cant do any more tonight as arms are too tired.
Off out tomorrow, going to see my Aunty and Uncle in London. Will be nice to see them as only get to see them once or twice a year.
OH said we might be going up to see his Mum on Thursday, hoping we do as I like the fabric shop near her and sometimes there is a stall there selling some at £1 a metre.
Ordered some bright coloured buttons over the weekend in all different colours and sizes to go on the denim quilts I am making.0 -
How cute are your bunnies! I would definately spend all my time cudding those little things (despite the allergies! haha)
Have googled Kitchenaid... I think I am in love!!! But they are so expensive :'( think I will jsut have to dream about those lovely things, pity as we don;t have a mixer and I was thinking how it would make life alot easier! Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative and then I can just lust after the kitchenaids? haha
Didnt manage to lsit my ebay yesterday as my iphone was having issues emailing the pictures so that I could list via my laptop. grrrr. Going to see if I can get all the pics uploaded tonight and then maybe try and list tomorrow. I prefer my listings to end on a sunday eve but I am working this sunday so wouldnt b able to list them then anyway.
Going to go have an explore of Toluna, had a couple of surveys email so going to give them a bash

Don't see why not
we all did bingo at some point.
Love the bunnies!
In love with the kitchenaid, purple one
Lots of good advice on Internet ie headlice, my 3yr Old got them
they choose any hair, but the dont jump, and they can survive in water for 24hrs. Google it, lots of myths out there.
24 cupcakes baked for a party on wed, will decorate tomorrow. Vanilla and also banana with White chocolate.
Work is mad just now. No money making other than the cupcakes.
Court on thu. Wish me luck.

Good evening all,
Like many people, I have a busy half term so will only be popping on briefly to say hi now and then. We're doing lots of decorating and I seem to have spent half the day in B+Q today! I got a bargain on paint for my son's room - the tins were £16.98 each or 2 tins for £20. It wasn't advertised or on any labels so that was a very nice surprise when I got to the till
. I think I'll put the £14 saved into my Christmas tin and give it a bit of a boost!
I managed about 30p on One P, about time! I also did a couple of surveys on Loonie last night so hopefully I'll get some points for those at some point.
Hope everyone is well, all washing machines are fixed, cakes being baked and bunnies being cuddled!Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -
Hi all,
Sorry to hear about everyones washing machine woes, don't you find they generally breakdown a month out of warantee!
Nice pizza, cakes and necklace!
Yeah - I have been rewarded some of my Toluna points this evening about 10000 worth! I have another 11 surveys pending and am on 43000, won't be long till the next payout I hope, fingers crossed it wil be this month then I can aim for 1 a month!
Hope everyone has a good half term, I have my little boy at home from nursery too this week and he now has tonsilitus, went to teh docs this evening to get ab's. Fingers crossed we caught it quickly and it goes so we can have some fun this hols! Doctor gave us a 10 day course instead of 5 as it is only a couple of weeks since he finished the last lot for tonsilitus.
Right off to do some toluna opinions, thanks to everyone who has done mine, I keep trying t find you all on there and I think I am slowly getting there wwith that. If anyone wants to add me I have teh same username as here.
Thanks, happy money saving xx0 -
Well I seem to be getting screened out of every survey on TL, but I was kinda expecting that from what you all say haha.
Im just spending some time exploring the opinions and polls. Could someone please explain what these are in terms of points for the person that answers as well as the person that makes them?
Nicola I have followed you on TL, my first follow hehe My username is different on there (after BP fiasco Im keeping things seperate now!) but I just did one of your opinions and accidentally wrote it twice haha so you should know who I am from that
