I have emailed Karen and asked to put in an official complaint. I have told Karen grany is a CM, this does not entail she goes on a power surge and thinks she is made of steel. She has no right to talk down to people like she has done, and how dare they use a derogatory comment such as "muzzled" i am a human being!

I have told her not asked i want my chat ban removing and the cm's attitude needs to be changed before they gradually lose players. No one likes a snotty cm and i shall not be wiping their noses thinking they're better than me.

I scrolled back cause I wanted to see what she was getting all huffy about and you had said he said Bar steward............. that is what you typed not the proper word.
