    I have received a reply from iwoot saying they will give me a new code if I could just give the old one. argh I have given it to them several times:mad: their customer service is shocking.

    I have just received an answer from BP about redeeming

    You have to have played 2000pps bingo from once the redeems are
    switched back on usually some time on a thursday and before 10pm wed
    night,


    but this is what it says on the website FAQ

    Also to able to make a redemption for an Amazon Voucher you will need to have played at least 2000 points in bingo during the week previous to redeeming.

    elysia and anyone else who has redeemed you don't seem to have had any problems so have you always redeemed at the same time of the week?

    Can't go on BP tonight. All of the electrics have gone in the house. We had a small power cut this morning and it seems that a power surge has blown our new fuseboard. What a nightmare - I'm only on here now because my little netbook still has battery power and my dongle has some credit.

    I just tried to do my posts on BP but this dongle is protected somehow and it won't let me on gambling sites. Stupid thing - it's not real money. ;) LOL

    Anyway, will be back tomorrow if we can get power on, I think I'm having an early night, - no tv, no computer, it's like being in the dark ages. :eek:
