  • wow all your totals are so impressive! I havent actively done the challenges this monthly as I havent been able to devote much time to it. I did want to do the ebay challenge but couldnt organise myself in time. However I had abit of a power tidy when I got back from Centre Parcs yesterday and now have some bags of stuff ready to ebay/car boot. So hopefully this week or the next I will get some of this onto ebay and make some money, planning to do a local indoor car boot at the end of february/start of march too. Want to try and get down there a few sundays before I do though to make sure it is worth my while as it is about £20 for a pitch but last time I went for a look around in Nov it was still heaving at 11pm.

On a plus note I got my 10 VO boots voucher through this morning :D yay! So I have put that in a drawer ready to save for the sales next year haha

    January Totals:

Ebay £92.23 profit after postage and fees
£29 in my 2011 pot (£1 a day £365 days target) ON TARGET YAY!

In Toluna I have 46,181 so just over half way to a redeem - will try harder with this one in February
Quidco £20.95 to be paid out at end of month
BP just short of points to have redeemed so far, should be able to make a redeem this week tho...

I am not on dooyoo and haven't really ever fancied it having read through what some of you have been through, so I would rather try for another £50 on ebay if this is okay?

I will definitely go for the roadkill - although most of my loose change comes when oh puts it down lmao

I am also half way through 2 Boots user trials which pay £30 each and am doing a market research group on Monday which is £50 cash.

I am also including my bet winnings which I had to split 3 ways (grrr) so another £30 for me

JAN TOTAL £282.18 oh my gosh!!!!
Motto: You gotta be in it to win it!:j

  • wow - really well done everyone that has participated there are some really impressive figures there. my totals received this month are as follows:

    Ebay - £47
    Quanti – £11.75

Didn't do as much on Ebay as I had hoped (ran out of time to list any more items) but really pleased that I sold anything as without you guys wouldn't have even had that so big thankyou.

Got lots of pendings in survey sites so hopefully redeem some of them next month. Over half way on loony too! Definately will do the roadkill challengefor Feb.

I am a member of dooyoo but must admit I joined last month but didn't know what the heck I was doing with it so will have to go and have another look. I just didn't know how to get started looking for something to review.

I am hoping to do a car boot next week and a nearly new sale week after so hopefully will sell a few bits there.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. x

Wow Susan that's some list. How fantastic!!! You've done a wonderful job. You will keep it up this year, because we're ALL going to keep going aren't we???

Foxy - you carry on with the £50 ebay if you like hun. I've got plenty more to list too. That's a fantastic acheivement. Wow

Giggles - don't worry hun. You take things at your own speed. Even if you only earn 1 penny, it's a penny less you have to find at Christmas. Think of it like that and you won't go far wrong ;)

I'm here to motivate myself just as much as you, you're all doing me a big favour. :D

I've just been on Dooyoo - Legend has already signed up (well done Legend). I have exactly 8,000 points in my account at the moment - so I'm aiming to get to £28.

Twinkle - is your kettle a newish one? Write the name, brand and model number.

Describe the looks of it. Is it sleek and stylish? Does it luminate? Is it cordless or corded? Does it have a water level on? Can it be filled through the spout or just the top? Is it heavy even when it's empty?

Where can you buy one, and how much does it cost? Is it on special offer anywhere at the moment?

Would you recommend it to a friend?

You just say everything there is that you would want to know if you needed a new kettle, and that's it.

Have a look at where it says Newest Reviews - read through some before you start. Some are good and some are rubbish - you will be able to see what sort of standard they require.

They don't even have to be technical, I got a crown (that's worth extra points) for writing about a smoke alarm that plugs into a light fitting. There's not much you can write about that at all. ;) You put it in the light fitting and it works :D

Write it out in Word and make sure you add as much detail as you can. :)

    Replied Bunbun.

Tranmere - Another fantastic acheivement hun. For an idea of how much you'll get at christmas (you'll need the money before to buy all the stuff) some months you'll make more and sometimes less, so times your January total by ten (months) sounds about right.

You made £200 - You can aim for £2,000 for Christmas. Woohooo
