    how to you get products to test on toluna? I haven't had any so far:(

    You get them from doing the surveys, on the odd occasion you may fit into the group of people they are looking for to test certain products. Don't worry if you haven't had any yet, I have been with tolly a good year and it took a fair few months to qualify for one. I had another one offered to me today, very happy bunny :)

    Will update my totals later when my ebay items finish, should bump it up a little more.

    Elysia - I have been very lucky to qualify for some high point surveys this month and when I can be bothered have been able to complete two or three a time. I am 17k of my 3rd, glad I didn't write it off completely now. Shame they take forever to pay but at least I can't spend it in the meantime lol

    Well done on your totals everyone, they are looking mighty fine!

    Challenge 2: February 2011 (also on post three)

    1. Continue (if you are doing it) to put your savings from you grocery shopping into your Christmas account/ Money box etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    2. Continue (if you are doing it) to put your small change into you sealed pot for the January Sales.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    3. Dooyoo Challenge:

    Make £20.00 by writing (and rating) reviews.

    Please ask someone to refer you if you are not already a member.

    Dooyoo – here is where we write reviews. Each review MUST be of good quality or your review will be locked and you WILL NOT receive payment at all. They must be over 150 words, of quality – if it’s nonsense, no-one will read, or rate! You get so much money added to your account for writing the review in the first place, and then you receive so much money per rate you receive. This is most defiantly a site where, you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours, comes into play. The more you rate other reviews, they are more inclined to rate yours.

    Top tip – Add as much detail as you can without going overboard. Be precise and to the point, don’t waffle! The best reviews are awarded a crown, and for this you will get paid a bonus plus extra points per rate.

    This site is fun, and quite addictive when you get into it, but rating does take a long time – You MUST read the review, the whole review, no speed clicking allowed – you are being timed!

    Please note that you CANNOT redeem for your £20 Amazon voucher, until you actually make 20,000 DooyooMiles. Therefore, if you do not complete the challenge, you will need to keep going with it, until you do. ;)

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    1. Fun Challenge: This is a roadkill challenge: Put any money that you find, be it on the road outside, in a handbag that you rarely use, in OH’s pocket when he puts his trousers in the wash, anywhere. Put this money aside, and on the 28th we will all post our totals (no cheating). There will be a prize for the winner. This money can then go into your Christmas fund (not your purse, LOL).
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    There is only really one challenge here that you have to put any really effort into. Take your time, this is not one to be rushed. You can do it, and even if you don’t please remember it’s not a race!!! :D

    thanks for the challenge elysia:j

    doyoo is something I have kept away from but I will have a good look at it.

    OH gets a bonus from work this month (for teaching in a failing school even though it isn't anymore!) and I am hoping this extra money will put our finances back on an even keel and any money saved will be put aside rather than saving money and thinking "that has cost be less" ifswim

    I do save coppers already but anything higher gets spent - usually on car parking.

    OH gets paid on Monday so I am looking forward to starting afresh

    Bunbun - you're doing really well. I'm very proud of you. You used to post on last years thread only when there was a problem and now you're joining in - it's great to see. It must be doing wonders for your confidence. :A

    Once you've signed into Dooyoo. Click on Dooyoo community at the top, and member search on the left. If you type in my name (same as here) all the people in my circle of friends (followers like on 2loony) are MSE members, and most of them are off this thread. If you add me to your circle of friends, the full list of everyones Dooyoo names will be there.

    Last year there was trouble and someone reported us to dooyoo, because we posted them on this thread. The list will be available in my circle of friends, so if you want to add yourself to the list, add me as a friend, and everyone will be able to see you then. ;)

    Of course you want to write your review in the highest paying category - to search this you need to select anything in Level one - this is usually anything electrical, but for this month it's also TIGI haircare. To double check, click on SITEMAP at the righthand site of the green banner at the top. Try and choose Level one or two.

    Level one is 60p for writing it and 2p per rate you receive.
    Level two is 30p for writing it and 1.5p per rate.
    Level three is 10p for writing it and 1p per rate.

    As a newbie you will get helpful advice off some people and criticism off others - take it on the chin. Your newbie status disappears after a month, and then you'll be ok.

    Type the review in Word, spellcheck it and word count it. It needs to be over 150 words, of your work, no copying and pasting allowed.

    You can redeem for a £20 Amazon voucher, or if you would rather have a cash, you can redeem for a cheque at £50 (50,000 miles).
