Well done Kim, that's so kind. I'm still waiting for OH to propose or I'd have had it. 10 years later and nothing. Men!!! Mind you I probably wouldn't get one leg in, but I can dream. ;)

  • Elysia - The majority of toluna tests from partner site surveys offer £10 amazon as an incentve to fill in the last part of the survey on how you got on etc. The crisp one is definately £10 amazon as I did this one early last year with the same company. The selection process seems very random for test products though.

Wrapped the presents I bought hubby so far and packed them away, so pleased some of them are done! I cleared out my handbag and some drawers, ripped up a letter from ipsos, and thought it strange i had a letter from them, I only went a ripped up a £5.00 capital bonds voucher! Will the accept it if I sellotape it back together do you think?

Warm welcome too all the newbies on the forum, the more the merrier!

    That's OH's excuse.

Savvy - I can't see why not, as long as it hasn't gone through the silver foil bit. I know it was you, but blame DD they wouldn't know ;)

I've done Nappies, crisps, washing powder, conditioner, cereal, and a few others, and NEVER received a £10 voucher once. Grrr

I absolutely loved my wedding day, and its sad that it ended the way it did. I wouldn't do it again though.

Seen as my dress is going to a good home, I will show you a photo.

    Evening everyone :)

Had a bad bad day here today, woke up with stinking cold, sore throat and headache, went out to 2 flat tyres on my car which had nails in, waited 3 hours in the tyre place as they were so so busy but I had to get them done today otherwise can't get to work tomorrow, thats another £180 I don't have  had to put it on CC and I was doing so well, think I will have to pay some off with the ebay money I made this month.

Then OH decided to admit he has no money and cannot pay his half of bills this month. He runs his own business and is owed a lot of money but people are just not paying up, plus he needs to pay his tax bill on the 31st once I have done the tax return and I don't know where that money will come from. I can cover the bills - just but won't have anything left for food and petrol so that will have to go on CC, just when things were looking up, it never rains but it pours

I don't have the energy and strength to list on ebay tonight either.

Hope everyone is having a better day than me x

Economy; careful management; providence. Whether you call it thrifty or frugality it all comes down to getting more for your money.
  • Think they need a good kick up the backsides, but it's true it costs alot to get married you should direct them to the wedding forum on mse ;)

The barcode is ripped through, it ripped straight through the middle but the silver holographic circle is in tact, and so is the portion the retailer should retain. Will have to get to work with the sticky tape.
