Well done to everyone on your ebay sales :D

Sorry to hear you are having a bad day gemini, hope your insurance company can sort the car out, the lady sounds really horrible!

Bit of a rubbish day here as well, got so much on at work and I am fed up to my back teeth of people calling in sick for the slightest break of a nail  We are so behind now I have had to bring work home with me which is the last thing I needed as I haven't been sleeping and migraines have stepped up again.

I posted 7 paid for ebay items today and another 8 have been paid for today so just waiting on 5 more payments, no interest on my 10 new items yet though.

Having trouble with T, just did some quick polls and all 3 tried to direct me to full surveys but they all just hung with the redirection box up, is this happening to anyone else or is it just me?
To all the newbies my username is the same as here on T so feel free to add me :D

Gemini - as she is so reluctant to go through your insurance, you might find she has no insurance herself, especially as she refused to give you any details. I don't know if it's true, but someone once told me you can't claim on somebody else's insurance (for example if they hit your car) if you have no insurance of your own. Your insurance company will want her insurance details and without them I don't think they'll pay. I would then refuse to pay her yourself for any damages as you tried to do it the proper way.

I'm just popping on for a quick visit and to say I won't be around for a couple of days. The building work we have tried to organise for months is finally starting tomorrow! We are having a wall knocked down and there will be dust and rubble everywhere so we are moving to a hotel for a few days - it will be like a little holiday, except I still have to go to work! Anyway, I made about £20 on Ebay, not as much as other people who have done FANTASTICALLY but most of the stuff was in a bag for the tip so I'm pleased :)

Behave yourselves while I'm gone, I know what you are all like!

Don't know if anyone else has this facility but it may be worth looking into. Around here (Staffordshire - Cannock,Stafford, Rugeley and Kingstanding) there is a scheme running, endorsed by the council, that takes your unwanted textiles and pays you £5 per bin bag (50p a kilo). The money is your to do with what you will keep it or give it to charity.

Here is the link - I must say I was skeptical when I first heard about it but recently a few friends have taken bags there and have walked away with cash in their pockets.

I hope tomorrow brings a better day at work for you.

Esmer I keep getting screened out of surveys but just keep trying.

Insurance company have all accident details now and they are referring it to disputed claims because she deliberately blocked me in and refused to move. We will see what happens. There is more damage to her car than mine. All note dont hit a Mazda MX5 they seem to have very solid bumpers.

Posted the couple of e bay items that have been paid for. Trouble was I think half the town was in the PO posting parcels so I had to wait ages. Still one to post when they pay.

Forgot to say in my last post thanks for all your kind comments. I admit I am not the best driver in the world and it shouldnt have happened but I actually only have about 6 months driving experience. I am a very late developer.:rotfl::rotfl:
  • Just finished posting some more drivel on bp. Was late into the games as I was out playing speedball (ooh get me!) missed the big pots but had a couple of smaller wins which wasn't too bad.

Still no points for me on 2looney??? Am I not doing something I should be?????
It's easier to get forgiveness than to ask permission ;)
