  • Morning everyone, welcome Bev and Daydreamer, make yourselves at home. Bev sounds like you're already half way there with Survey sites, I'm sorry I can't be of much help on the bingo front though :( Daydreamer our challenges and survey sites are on the first couple of posts start off with as many as you think you can handle - don't overwhelm yourself!

Well done everyone on your redeems too :)

Had a really rubbish day at work yesterday - they're talking about redundancies which is scary as they need to have an operating surplus of £250k by the start of the next year.. Not a happy girl today. OH doesn't seem to care (think its a man thing) but his job is secure so feel like he doesn't even attempt to understand. It's going to be a tough couple of months....

Anyway, on a more positive note my surveynetwork balance went up to over £8 yesterday which is quite exciting as I'd near enough given up on them!
Dribbling my way to £11k... so far £653.69/£11000

Claireylulu – so sorry to hear the news about your car. I hope you manage to find the money ok, and that nothing else happens soon. Two years ago, we spend £300 having an MOT and service, then spent £200 or £300 on four new tyres, and within the week, the car broke, (engine trouble) and we had to give it to a scrapman. We had no money in the bank because we’d used it and then we had to buy another car (OH uses it for work) what a nightmare that was. :o

Piglet – well done on your sales, redeems and savings. Brilliant! It’s great to see the numbers on the spreadsheet mount up. :D

Kec – I hope they get your windscreen sorted too. They’re just all out to get more money from the insurance company, I expect.

Esmer – I hope the exhaust doesn’t cost too much. :(

Happy crafter – well done, slow but sure wins the race ;) You’ve made a brilliant start. How are you finding it? You’ll get into the swing soon, the surveys are maddening sometimes, but It’s lovely when the money starts coming in.

Zangles – I’ve heard it might be an interim tax credit payment. Don’t spend it all at once. ;)

Bevally – Welcome to the thread hun. I’ve played on Butlins bingo before now but not for a while.

You have a couple of alternatives – you could ask them via live help that if you added money up to the withdraw limit (£30 I think it is) would you be able to withdraw the lot? I did this on another site last week OR you write the money off, and play bingo with it and hope you win more. :) Sorry I can’t be of more help, as sites vary so much.

I joined a new site last week too (ruby bingo I think it was), but the rules were that I couldn’t withdraw any winnings made with bonus money. Not good as I won about £70 odd :(

Daydreamer (Cathy) Welcome to the site – you’re not too late to join in with the ebay challenge. There’s plenty of time yet ;). The challenge is on post three. Join some survey sites on page two (I need to add a few more to the list but the main ones are there). Just do what you can for now, take it easy, and you’ll be all ready and up and running for the next one. :D

Naughty – You’re BANNED! ;) No West Ham supporters allowed LOL. We’re Birmingham City supporters in this house (they did play rubbish though *hangs head in shame*). How are you? How's everything going?

Susie – how fantastic are you? :D £920 what a brilliant result!!! Well done on the surveys too – I must admit, I had a good day survey wise too. Long may it continue. Woohoo

Twinkle – sorry to hear there might be redundancies. I really hope you’ll be ok. Men – it probably won’t hit him until there’s one less wage coming in. :(

Restricted – I’m sorry about the bills, but you have to be positive - they’d still be there even if you weren’t joining in the money making thread, so at least you are trying your best! It’s such a shame when you are working so hard to work towards something, and something entirely different gets in the way. GRrrrrrr :o

How is everyone on today? Are we all motivated? I hope so :D We CAN do this money making malarky. Keep focused everyone. :D

Legend - I'm still waiting for a voucher from 2looney from beginning of November - they are notorious for being late. It will turn up. It'll be fine. I'm waiting for two lots now, and I'm almost half way for another.

I hope you do win tonight - and also anyones else who hasn't had a win for a while. :D

I've completed all my surveys, but I must not very popular :( you all seem to have loads. :D

Well done LJM - that's brilliant! Well done.

Just a quick post over lunch. I don't know if I'll have a job after March as well Twinkle and if I do there's to be a 20% pay cut so not good for the future.

I got offered a mystery address insurance thingy from Consumer Intelligence - they use your address and pay £5. I got the choice of a £5 cheque or £5 to Cancer research so did the charity one as I don't have as big a Christmas list as others here and thought I would try and donate £5 a month to charity out of surveys etc. How do you know they get it though? Hope to see you all at BP later.
