First Choice Travel refusing full refund of cancelled package holiday

    I'm speaking as an ex travel agent however if Hayes and Jarvis cancelled the holiday then you are entitled to a full refund plus compensation which I think withing 5 days of travel is about £40pp.

    The only get out clause they have is "Force Majeure".

    Also Hayes and Jarvis are part of the same group 'TUI'

    Your contract is with First Choice, you handed the money over to them signed their booking form - the money will be issued from them, it's then upto them to get the money off Hayes and Jarvis.

    Hello, I need advice for what happens with cancelled flights from Heathrow, my son booked with KLM to New York last Saturday, it was cancelled, sorry to put it here as I cannot find out how to make a new thread.
