How long before we can expect the money?

thanks for your recent message, i am now going to go and try the missell for our loans with FP.
is there any templates for this?
can you also let me know the website to join for fgcompaints?

MUM40..........we paid our FP loan off with another FP loan so didn't get to the 5 year point when they claim you recieve your PPI payment back so I can't help you on that one.

amersall........this didn't got to FOS, they did their own investigation and in their words "consider that your complaint should be upheld". We have a seven page document detailing their investigation and a copy of the telephone conversations on cd. Though the loan was from FP it was arranged by Central Capital.

Guess all we can do is keep on at them or could we consider our own court action as they have already admitted being wrong?

we have just recieved out refund today ,a cheque for £1136 + the loan is being recalculated and reduced by the ppi and interest [almost £5k]

Hi pleased to hear about your win, I too had a loan with First Plus arranged through Central Capital, was told about a week ago that I had been awarded £9,435.00 absolutely fantastic.

Phoned Central Capital and asked them how long it would take them to pay and they have given me a date of 29th July 2011 due to a backlog.

Not happy trying to take it further, but absolutely disgusted with the time.

i've sent my letters off to FP against two letters, and received confirmation back from them that they will respond in 40 days, so i'm just waiting
