RBS to Santander - any date yet?

Has anyone got any idea when the transfer to santander is likely to take place?

When I called up to get my transfer form (because I don't want to be anywhere near Santander) they said it'd be a year or so yet.
I wouldn't delay - if you don't want to be with them, call them now and get things in motion.urs sinserly,

I have just opened a Key account with RBS and am aware of the fact that I should transfer my account to a Scottish branch - can you please advise how I would go about doing this - is there a particular form to use?
