    I'm sure someone can put me right on this, isn't there a time limit for seller protection,and the op is out. So they can claim anyway?

    The 7 days for paypal seller protection starts from the time the payment is made, not from the auction time.

    It is what it says, seller protection.

    To be covered you must comply wihh their rules. Some of which include, posting to the Paypal adress of the buyer, sending within 7 days of payment and providing online tracking which shows delivery.

    I posted the next day to their address & I have a tracking number.

    So as long as the tracking actually shows as 'delivered' online, you will be covered.
