Well finally heard from teletext today!! & have been told that the holiday must been taken before 31st march, yet the terms & conditions posted here state that the booking must be completed by 31st march but holiday can be taken upto 31st December.
I have emailed them the terms & conditions that toysrus had on their site, so now to wait for the reply.
Also their terms & conditions say All departures are subject to availability. (not to be taken in school or public holidays). Which would mean taking the kids out of school for 2 weeks!!!

They have replied saying that the dates were changed to 31st december at the last minute & they weren't made aware. She has checked & has confirmed that the 31st december is correct.
Soooo happy!!!
Now just need to decide when to go.
edit: also flights are included :beer: the make your own way to the holiday condition meant make own way to airport. :j
