    So come January there'll be 10 million divorces. Resulting in a huge increase in the number of households in the country. And hence a house price boom. Happy days!

    Happy Christmas all.

    Would've been my Dad's 70th birthday today but having pneumonia, the 'flu and Alzheimer's all at the same time tend to shorten one's life expectancy. In his case to about a day and a half from the diagnosis of the first of those three. His birthday was always the start of Christmas for me as a kid and still is really.

    Cheers to all and may the 12 days of Christmas bring much cheer and many a cheap Australian wicket.
