Is anyone having problems getting energyhelpline.com to honour their written confirmation that they WILL pay the cash back offered on their web site? I have written confirmation from them, but when chased they wrote saying they had made a mistake. As i have written confirmation that they will pay, has anyone else "lost out" from this company?:mad:
