No room in freezer, what can be kept in outdoor temperatures?

I have 4 packets of yorkshire puddings and can only fit 2 in the freezer. Can I keep the other 2 in our utility room which is the same temperature as outside (therefore colder than the fridge), they are for xmas day.
Also, on Saturday (18th), I bought some bread sauce with a use by date of 23rd. So I put them in the freezer. I have had to take them out today to squeeze stuff in, will they still be ok for xmas and boxing day? Im assuming yes because there were 5 days between 18th and 23rd, and 3 days between now and xmas?

If the snow hasn't melted and water is still frozen outside (icicles, puddles etc) then what ever you have taken out of the freezer will not defrost outside. Keep it in an animal proff container and you will be fine. The utility room will be as good as a fridge temperature wise0

I would stick the food in a cooler box with a few frozen ice packs and lock it in a shed or utility room.
I think that I may have to do that tomorrow when my delivery comes from the butcher.:)Felines are my favourite

Our local pub has taken to putting its bag of ice outside the back door as its quicker to get them then to put them in the freezer in the cellar. None of the ice has melted yet!
pick a shaded spot that won't warm up or get the sun to it and leave it outside in something animal proof.0 -
Depends on the temperature outside! If it's below freezing (icicles) then it will be fine in a container/garage. My hygiene crazy dad is storing veg and fresh meat in the garage as it's ~0CLiving cheap in central London :rotfl:0

I have friends who have made their turkey into a giant snowball in the garden. I wondered why our dog kept wanting to go outside.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

no chance, they'll be fine. Wrap them in a towel, put them inan animal proof box and stick them outside. Or leave them in an unheated room.0 -
Our meat for Christmas Day and Boxing Day is currently stored in the boot of our car on a freezing driveway. That should keep it away from any noctural foxes that visit our garden although we'll be in trouble in somebody pinches our car !
All our booze bottles are stored outside the kitchen door. With the current snow and icy winds, I suspect that those large plastic storageboxes with clip on lids will make excellent temporary outdoor fridges if stored in a shady place which doesn't attract the sun. Wrapping stuff in them in newspaper and a frozen blue ice-pack container should protect against any sudden rising temperatures.0 -
I have a couple of 4 pinters of milk outside my back door
And until 10 minutes ago when there was room in the fridge, the turkey crown was out there too. It's only been there since this morning though - don't want to have it pinched!
