Kutchenhaus review

Have just had a kitchen fitted that was bought from Kutchenhaus (aka German Discount Kitchens), and as a lot of people on here post questions on which company is best to use, I thought it might be useful to mention my experiences.
Overall, we are pretty happy. Our kitchen was a fair size - the room is 3.9m x 5.6m and the kitchen occupies around half the room. The units/worktop etc were approx 6k, and the appliances around 2k (mostly Neff). Our own joiners fitted the kitchen as part of our overall quote for our new extension.
The units come made-up already, and the joiners seems to think they are of a pretty good quality. We're very pleased with how it looks - it's a mixture of Cuban Oak and gloss white units. The delivery came exactly as scheduled, despite the bad weather. Only one error - the holes for the handles come pre-drilled and one door was drilled in the wrong place. We reported it two days after delivery and a replacement is coming around Jan 10th.
In general the store we dealt with was very good with any amendments we made - about 6 weeks before delivery we had to shave 10cm off one side of the kitchen due to a steel beam that couldn't be relocated in the extension, and this was professionally dealt with.
As you might know, Kutchenhaus units are made by Nobilia in Germany - we found it quite useful looking at their webpage - http://www.nobilia.de/home/en/
Myself and my better half have bought kitchens from a few places over the last few years - as a very rough rule of thumb I would say:
MFI (RIP!) - 7/10
B and Q - 2/10 (poor service and multiple missing items)
Homebase - 6/10 (did the job)
Kutchenhaus - 8/10
