Forever 21 - poor customer service

DD ordered a few bits from Forever 21 on 6 December. On 15 December she emailed to ask where here order was. They replied the following providing tracking information, the last item being that the item was not received by the courier on 13 December. DD emailed yesterday to ask how much longer it might take to receive the parcel. Today's reply is that the parcel has gone missing and they are filling in a claim form and will contact her as soon as they receive any more information!

She has emailed back this morning requesting an immediate refund (which is what they should have offered). Alternatively, she will have to request a chargeback from the bank.

Does anyone have a telephone number for these people?
