    the problem is that even now we are married we are not living together since there is no married quaters available just now. hence why i am asking about tax rebate since my wife has lost the majority of benifits apart from the obvious child benifit.
    Since you are now married but do not have a MQ then your permanent address is now considered to be where your wife lives. The good news is, I think, that you may be entitled to pay reduced food & accom for living in and possibly GYH

    yeah im at a PAYD unit and i live in lowest grade accom and since my wives flat or council tax is not in my name no GYH:(
