Morgan Stanley!3.9 LOB, 1%fee,advice needed

Hi, i ve just been approved initially for a morgan stanley platinum - 3.9% LOB, CC with 1%fee for BTs, I need a loan of about 10-15k, for about 2-3years, however, can u let me know if: a) I have a MBNA CC which transfers, balances to current accounts, however I am in debit at the moment so there is a charge for BTS but if I wanted to BT 10k from Morgan stanleythrough MBNA to my current acc, then effectively my MBNA would be in credit to BT to my current acc, and apparently there is no fee for BTs if you r in credit is that correct? thanks for any advice,
b. what other alternative would there be if wanted to get the cash to my current account? thanks

is M&S better than MS Platinum also at 3.9% and do they charge a feefor BTS?

No fee on M&S if you can get it just had my first statement from them-£12.33 interest on 5k for one month is unbeatable on an LOB deal.
