Hi, I seem to remember reading in the weekly e-mails that customers of Powergen would be refunded due to charging errors over a year ago. I was a customer then, but haven't heard anything. Can anyone help with the original information becasue I think it said you didn't need to contact them...but I'm not sure as time is ticking on. Thanks.

Do you mean npower?
Powergen changed their name to eon a few years ago and I haven't heard about any charging errors.
Npower on the other hand have been mentioned on this forum a lot due to the way they charged their gas customers. Check out the following link for more info and their is a really good thread on the forum too - search for "npower sculpting"
