I have noticed a number of schemes like this appearing. This type of scheme is ideal for my girlfriend and I.
We are looking to buy together but she has iffy credit at the moment.
The deal is you rent the property at an agreed price and purchase the property in the future. Currently prices are low. If an agreed future selling price can be negotiated and the rent up until that time is reasonable it is great.
Does anyone have any experience of these schemes and what are the pitfalls?
