Hope the interview went well

I'm exhausted! Have had a really busy week including: a work night out, a cinema trip with a mate, another night out with friends and a few after work drinks...oh and an interview.
It did go well thanks and I've got a second interview on Friday down South. I'm also in London for work Wednesday and staying down there for most of the day on Thursday so another busy week ahead!
Money wise, well its not great tbh. I managed to make a mistake with my holiday spend calculations:eek: by about £200. Really annoyed with myself as Im usually so good but have been spending like mad so it stops now.
I am taking out £70 for all non-holiday spending for the rest of the month. This will leave me £730 for my holiday spends. This is to cover a week in Majorca, a few days at home and a few days at Pride. My hotel and train for Pride are paid and all my holiday clothes etc are bought so this is just really food and drink spends . It should be fine, and I hope to bring some back but really looking forward to my break and just want to have enough to enjoy it.
I do have a bit more to come in as I have some stuff to take back to Primarni today that didn't fit/is faulty so I'll add this back in when Ive been there.
I've spent £28.88 on groceries so far and shouldn't need loads more as I'm away quite a bit this month.
Off today so [STRIKE]festering[/STRIKE] pottering and plan to do gym and Primarni later. Diet hasn't been great this week but Im trying.
Best mate is up from London tomorrow so out for the day with him and his mum and boyf. It will be such fun:j:j:jIn between all this I have two actual days at the shop this week (I suppose I need to go in at some point:rotfl:) then I finish up on Saturday for my hols til the end of the month. Flying from the airport near Mum and Dads so will head down there on Monday probably.
Off to meal plan and start flinging things in both the suitcases. Back later X'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
Hey well all meal planned up and two suitcases are sitting in the corner of my lounge, with bits and bobs in them. London tomorrow all being okay and then Majorca next Tuesday. Day out with best friend and co was great! Went to the Burrell Collection and Pollok House's gardens and then had fizz in town.
Got £20 back in Primarni so hoping to add this to holiday spends. Didn't spend much yesterday, just bought a postcard and some address books for £1 that will be good for Xmas.
My best friend and his boyf are taking a year off next year and are flying to India at the end of November. The plan is that I join them in Goa in March as they will have a 2 bedroom villa there then. That would be lovely, I think :j:j:jGreat that their getting away for a year. They will travel a bit but wont be hostelling etc, they like the finer things in life and have some savings to cover it. They plan to rent out their London pad to pay their mortgage and off they go!'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -

London stuff is just awful. Keep safe all XXX'The road to a friends house is never long'0 -
Hi Souk, your plans sound extremely exciting indeed! :j and I'm glad you are almost there on the holiday front!!
sorry to hear the London trip is off but understandable in the current circumstances, my work is being extremely cautious with our store staff so probably a wise move.
Pride in Manchester has a fantastic reputation so I hope you have a great time there. I seemed to be out of town every time it was on so missed it every time!
Have a wonderful holiday! xx0 -
