Not Ebay but Paypal

Can anyone recommend another on-line merchant for accepting credit/debit cards over the web.

Paypal are just hopeless and are phoning our customers randomly and have now just frozen the account with cash in it with no reason given and no notice.

Nochex. More security for seller, but less for buyers.

Have you tried ringing paypal? generally they do explain why they're doing something as drastic as freezing your account.

Yeah, phoned them, and they said it may be restored within 7 days.

I am going to have to sue them for loss of earnings now.

Thanks for the nochex thing - signed up and just waiting for them to get back to me now.

I think I'll pass, I've read plenty of irrational ranting about paypal :)

And before you leap on me, no, I don't particularly love paypal.

I must admit - I tend to agree with most of the ranting.

Some of the things Paypal have done to us over the last few months are beyond belief.
